Where is the politics in asking about our safety, income, opportunities, environment, and voice?
These are fundamental rights, not political debates.
One Nation Having one standard of Living in healthy environment? First achieve this, then talk about culture.
If questioning these issues is seen as political, what else were we supposed to do, stay silent and suffer?
The Indian Diaspora must openly acknowledge why they left. Were their reasons addressed, or do the same issues persist? They can do it without any fear.
But unfortunately, the Diaspora praise India from afar, acting like hypocrites rather than agents of change, this leaves no room for real improvement.
Didi/Dada, please understand that talking to you from within the country is a horror, we risk being silenced by a compromised judiciary, fanatical party workers and so-called cultural guardians who are no less than terrorists.
I still wonder who fund these jobless workers to vandalize. Why they are not banned yet?
If NRIs and the diaspora truly care about India, they should openly share why they left and demand that the government address those issues.
After all, no one knows when they might have to return due to changing foreign policies.

I believe these parties/fanatic worker system are failing.
Instead of serving the people, they’ve become another tool for intimidation and destruction.
The cycle is absurd, citizens pay taxes and contribute labor to build, only to be taxed more and forced to rebuild after the chaos and vandalism of jobless workers.
If a government fails to uphold law and order, safeguard public and private assets, and hold its own workers accountable, what else can it possibly achieve?

Moving forward, we will not vote for any party but only for individuals who have ensured peace, economic growth, and a sustainable environment, measured by whether people are leaving or returning to that region.
In future democracy would be shaped by professionals from every field. Sanitary/Environmental engineers should nominate their representatives, Home Service Professionals, Farmers should elect theirs, and the same should apply to the food industry, transport, engineering, manufacturing, economists, Political experts, Behavioral Scientists ,literature, real estate, teacher, journalists, doctors, military, judiciary, astrologers, and priests?
Every sector must have its rightful say in decision-making.
This approach would shift power from career politicians to capable individuals with real expertise and accountability in their respective fields.
It ensures representation based on practical knowledge and performance rather than political rhetoric.
If implemented with transparency and integrity, this model could lead to a governance structure that truly serves the people, rather than being driven by political parties with vested interests.
The agile governance model with daily status reports, biweekly brainstorming, retrospectives, and actionable plans would introduce transparency, efficiency, and adaptability, making government more dynamic and people-centric.
Leaders will assume the role of scrum masters to have direct engagement with citizens/their team, ensuring faster issue resolution and meaningful progress.
Government to getting tax/personal details using whatsapp chat/google, making children’s APAAR id.
But we are totally in dark about our representatives and their performances.
So India, start identifying and nominating capable peers/individuals from your are, those who truly serve the people.
As sovereign , this is our right, if ignored, we risk becoming nothing more than a paper sovereignty, trampled by those in power.
Refinement to democracy will continue till we reach swaraj, where every individual hold the decision making power.
Dear youth of India, your talent in content creation is valuable, use it to analyze Indian politics, Parliament, and Vidhan Sabha, alongside 9th NCERT Revolutions and 10th NCERT Nationalism.
This will give you a practical grasp of history and how governance shapes society.
Do not take this lightly, it is the story of humanity’s fight for rights and a warning of how ignorance can lead to their erosion.
Your responsibility does not end with learning—you must uphold and expand these human and environmental rights for future generations.
History is not just about the past, it is a guide for the present and future. Understanding revolutions and nationalism helps us recognize patterns of oppression, governance failures, and power struggles that still impact us today.
And please read them from credible sources not from movies.

If I will ever get a chance to be in power even for a day just as its been in Nayak, movie, I will put my energy to make ways so that weakest, poorest and common people of the country are empowered, valued and able to contribute as well, so that tomorrow when I am out of power, I can relax and focus on my own bit.
But due to some strange reasons people once in power gets engaged in safe guarding self and in that process they become more vulnerable.
History shows that leaders who focus on securing their position rather than serving the people eventually lose both.

Are leaders truly happy living such a miserable life of deception and power struggles?
They hoard power to protect themselves, constantly fearing its loss, because for many, losing power means returning to their speechless days of selling tea or breaking down in Parliament over jail sentences.
Is politics really meant to be this endless mess? How long will politicians sell their souls, trapped in this cycle of struggle/desperation/survival?
Instead of this rat race, wouldn’t it be wiser to invest in skillful growth and representation for those at the grassroots level, like the tea seller, so that power isn’t monopolized?
Why not seek collaboration, take constructive input from the opposition, and share the burden of leadership rather than constantly fighting to stay in control?

Salute to the founders of Australia, who transformed a group of so-called criminals into pioneers, building an entirely new nation.
In contrast, today’s corporates and global leaders struggle to retain and nurture talent, expelling trainees after long probation and deporting individuals even after years of contribution.
Leadership has truly deteriorated over time, prioritizing disposability over development, proving that opportunities once given to outcasts are now denied to skilled individuals.
