The Episode starts with Meenu telling Anupama that she missed her so much and tells Asha Bhavan people that Mami must not have told you all what all she has done for me, and says she is not my Mami, but Maa. She says she had three children, but then also she used to give me complete attention. She says Mummy used to go to office and I used to come to Mami from school, and Mami used to feed me tasty food and then play games with me, and I used to be Doctor and made Mami as the patient. Anupama tells that she used to ask me cough and sometimes she used to act to operate on me using the spoon, and I used to shout forgetting that the patient is unconscious during the operation. Bala says Sagar has went to pick Meenakshi Thakkar. Anupama asks where is she? Sagar says she told her name as Meenakshi and I brought

her. Bala says wrong number is connected. Indra says God wanted Anupama to meet Meenu. Meenu says only the thing happens thought by God. Sagar says well said, and that’s why you have come. Anupama gets Meenakshi’s call that her flight is missed and she couldn’t come. Meenu asks her to do her aarti to welcome her. Anupama says no, and says Baa must be waiting to do your Aarti. Meenu asks her to do her aarti first and says please. Baa gets upset. Vanraj gets angry. Meenu insists. Anupama starts doing Meenu’s aarti, but Vanraj comes there and makes the aarti plate fall down. Anupama asks if you have gone mad? Vanraj asks her to shut up and asks if you have lost your memory or got shameless. She asks if you couldn’t send Meenu to our house, if she came here by mistake and says Baa is waiting for her since a long time. He says I don’t know if this is Sagar and your planning. Anupama asks her to use her mind and says when I didn’t see Meenu since many years, then how Sagar will know. He scolds Meenu for not seeing them. He then warns to burn Asha Bhavan if she tries to have relation with any of them. He asks Meenu to come to Baa. Meenu tells Baa that she didn’t want to hurt her, and tells that just as she got down from then auto, she saw Mami and ran to her. She says sorry Baa and everyone. She asks for Baa’s blessings.

Vanraj says lets go inside and talk. Pakhi asks Meenu to come. Meenu looks at Anupama and goes. Vanraj comes to Anupama’s Ashram, and calls him auto wala, and keeps money for the fare. He asks him to keep the stuff out of the auto, we will pick it up. Anupama apologizes to Sagar. Sagar says he will not leave the fare money and takes it, and says he will keep the change. He keeps her stuff and smiles.

Meenu hugs Baa and asks for her blessings. She apologizes to Vanraj and says I didn’t want to hurt you all. She hugs Toshu and Pakhi. Toshu says you have grown up. Pakhi says you are pretty too. Toshu says this year you will tie rakhi to me, and asks her not to cry that he didn’t give her money or gift. She then meets Kinjal and says Pari and I have seen each other on social media. She hugs Dimpy and Titu, and praises Dimpy for having so many followers, and praises Titu for his dance and vlogs. She gives gifts to the kids and tells that they will play eyes spy in sometime with them. She asks Baa and Vanraj if they will be upset with her, and says sorry. She says if you can’t forgive me then I will go to hotel. Baa warns her and asks her to leave anger. Baa says I am waiting for you and my eyes were yearning to see you, Meenu says you have become young and asks what did you eat? He tells Vanraj that he has become more handsome without moustache and tells that girls must be mad for him even now. She says she didn’t know about his equation with Mami. Vanraj asks her not to go to that side and tells that it is LOC.

At Ashram, Everyone talks about Vanraj’s arrogance and says Babu ji was upset and that’s why left home. Sagar says Titu has learnt him some dance steps. Bala asks him to teach him. Nandita says in this age? Bala says I am just 20. Indra says today he was feeling pain in his shoulder and asked me to give warm water for the massage. Sagar is about to go. Bala teases him and asks him to be careful as she is enemy’s daughter. Sagar asks what?

Vanraj asks her to stay away from Anupama. Titu asks Meenu to tell what to do about his pain. Toshu and Pakhi tease Meenu. Kinjal says she is not yet doctor. They tease her.

Anuj coughs. Anupama gives him water. He forwards his hand so that she can pour water on it and he drinks. Anupama goes. He asks what happened to your foot Anu.

Kinjal tells everything to Meenu. Meenu is shocked to learn about Anupama’s miseries, and says Mummy is closer to Mami then Mama and Baa, but since 5 years there is no contact. Kinjal asks her to stay away from Mummy, else Papa will vent out anger on Mummy. Meenu says she will not break her relation with Mami. Kinjal tells that Baa is planning her marriage. Meenu says Baa might fix her marriage with surgeon or doctor and then romance will happen on medical terms. She tells gives the description of the guy she wants, and says she wants him to be her friend first. Sagar finds Meenu’s stethoscope, and thinks it is of Meenu. Meenu searches for her stethoscope.

Nandita tries to calm the crying baby. Indra asks her to put her in the cradle. Nandita refuses. Indra says Anupama is doing the work since a long time. Nandita asks her to take the baby and she will do all the work. Anuj comes there and takes the baby in his hands. The baby stops crying. He asks Nandita what kind of mother is she, she couldn’t calm the baby. He shouts at Nandita and gives baby in her hands, and says once kids go then they never return. Anupama comes there and hears him. He calls Aadhya and cries.

Precap: Anuj talks to Aadhya’s painting and asks her to come and says he can’t bear anymore. Anupama comes there and says she is tired of losing, now there is just hope that they will meet Choti one day.
