Shahs and Kapadias perform Laxmi pooja. After pooja, Vanraj says every diwali, Pakhi used to be most excited and used to burn crackers first, but today she is missing from celebration. Little Anu with Anuj and Anupama walk in wishing happy diwali to everyone and takes elders’ blessings. She gifts them hand-made greeting cards. Ankush enters next wishing happy diwali. Anupama says Adhik is not coming and asks where is Sweety. Leela says she didn’t step out of her room since morning. Vanraj asks her to go and check. Anupama knocks Pakhi’s room door and asks her to come out as festival should be celebrated with everyone. When she doesn’t hear Pakhi, she senses Pakhi not present in her room and calls her number. Pakhi’s phone doesn’t ring. She fears Pakhi harmed
Pakhi and Adhik walk in holding each other’s hand, wearing garlands, after marrying each other. Shahs and Kapadias stand shocked. Little Anu wishes them happy marriage. Anuj says they are sorry that they got married without informing them, but they didn’t have any other option. Pakhi says when elders don’t listen to youngsters, even youngsters don’t listen to elders. Adhik says after what Barkha informs Shahs about him, they were sure that they will be separated and hence they united forever. Pakhi says they knew elders were just buying time. Adhik says they wanted elders to bless them during their wedding, Pakhi panicked after whatever happened yesterday and fearing for her life, he agreed to marry her. Pakhi says she knows her mother’s 5-page lecture, Vanraj’s anger, and family drama, hence she married Adhik; they can do whatever they want to, but cannot separate them.
Hasmukh gets angry and warns her to shut up. Serial’s title track plays in the background. Vanraj breaks down. Kavya supports him. Leela yells and cries. Anupama says she requested just a day from Pakhi, but she couldn’t be patient; if not Anupama, she should have thought about Vanraj, Leela, Samar, or someone else. She asks Adhik if he blabbered in front of Anuj just for this, he didn’t bother abouthis sister and BIL’s dignity. She tells Pakhi that Pakhi is the most selfish and cannot give anything, so she just asked her 1 day for family’s happiness. She continues venting out her frustration and says one learns from other’s mistakes, but Pakhi repeated same mistakes. Pakhi says they wouldn’t have let her married at all. Anupama asks her to explain the meaning of marriage. Pakhi says marriage means happiness of 2 people and togetherness.
Anupama says a whole family is involved in marriage, everyone dreams are incomplete because of Pakhi and Adhik; if they had waited for some time, they would have been happiness everywhere. Pakhi says elders were not agreeing for marriage at all. Anupama says she should have convinced them and proved that she values both her love and family, but she wants an easy life and everything served on a plate. She continues that youngsters want everything instant and are pro in misbehaving with parents, but they don’t know patience. She continues her long speech and asks them to do whatever they want to and leave from there.
Precap: Pakhi apologizes Vanraj. Vanraj throws Pakhi’s bags out and says her bags and husband are outside and even she should go from there.
