The Episode starts with everyone crying in the hospital. Anuj reaches there. Aadhya says pops….Mummy left for forever leaving us. Everyone cries. Anuj says this can’t happen, you are saying wrong, Anu can’t leave me. He keeps his hand on the OT door and calls Anupama asking if she can hear him, and asks him to get up, and says we can’t stay away from each other. She says you can’t refuse Kanha ji’s sayings and asks her to get up. He cries and shouts asking her to get up. He says Kanha ji gave me the gift on my birthday, dont leave me. He says you can’t leave me, and asks Babu ji to ask her to get up. He says why she is not opening the door, and why she is not listening to me, and calls her, and says Kanha ji said that we will never separate, and asks here to listen.
Anuj comes to Anupama’s ward. Anupama gains consciousness and says Kapadia ji. She opens her eyes and holds his hand. Everyone smiles seeing her fine from outside. Anuj holds the hand and kisses on it. He wipes his tears and says Anu…..we have to cover the distance from here as life partners, anger, love, hatred etc. He says whereever we stay, in our house, or rented house or on road, but I want to be with you. He says Kanha ji gave me gift again and sent you back, and says you fought with the death and returned. She says I saw something when I was unconscious, if it was truth or dream. Anuj says it is truth and tells that he is sure that she will return from death. Anupama says Kanha ji might have said that if she comes up then she will give him 5 pages lecture so keep her down on the earth. Anuj laughs and says we shall not lose this chance and shall accept it. Anupama says we will be together, with love and will be Maan. Anuj says I love you. Anupama says I know. Anuj asks her to say what he could have read in her eyes, but she compressed it in her eyes. Anupama says I want to grow old with you. Anuj smiles and holds her hand. He keeps his hand on her head. Anupama smiles and cries. He kisses on her forehead.
Aadhya comes there and calls Anupama. She keeps her head on her head and cries. Babu ji says my daughter’s family is completed now, festival has become festival. Aadhya says sorry to Anupama and Anuj and says I couldn’t become a good daughter, you tried to make me understand, but I was adamant and stubborn. She says if I had not left then we would have stayed happily in US. She says I am very sorry and cries. Anuj says what has happened, has happened and its alright that you realize your mistake. He says we are together here due to God’s blessings. Anupama smiles. Babu ji, Sagar, Meenu and others come there. Anupama calls Babu ji and says she is fine. Doctor says we gave you time to meet the patient for sometime and says let her rest now. Anupama says I am fine, let them be here. Anuj says no, you had a big operation, and asks her to rest. Anupama asks Babu ji not to worry and take medicine.
Toshu tells that they shall go home. Titu says yes. Meenu says Mami will sleep now as heavy doses were given to her. Babu ji asks Anuj to be with Anupama and they leave. Anuj tells Aadhya that he missed her so much and says he thought that….then Anupama searched her and brought her back to him. Aadhya says I will never leave you all. She says I love you so much. Shahs and Ashram people are dancing. Toshu brings Babu ji and others come there in the car. Babu ji asks him to play the dhol and dance, and says jai shri Krishna. He says I was not talking to God, but he returned my God so the fight is over. They all say jai shri Krishna. He tells Baa that Anuj and Anupama’s love is like Radha Krishna’s love, and says miracle happened in the hospital, doctor said that Anupama is dead, but Anuj came there and called her, and she came back. He says jai shri Krishna. Bala says Pandit ji told that Anuj fought with God for Anupama. Babu ji says true love can bring their love back. Kinjal says I saw, the Anuj Kapadia in him now. Baa says they shall be together and happy. Babu ji says he will have double sweets. Baa stops him, but gives him a small piece. Nandita says everyone shall have Anuj and Anupama like love. Sagar looks at Meenu. Babu ji asks Bala to play the drum. They dance.
Next day, Meenu comes out of house and falls. Sagar holds her. Pakhi sees them and thinks to tell with proofs. Meenu goes.
Anupama opens her eyes and sees the decorated hospital room, with Get well soon message. Anuj and Aadhya come there. Aadhya makes Anupama get up. Aadhya combs her hair. Kinjal, Titu, Dimpy come there, with Pakhi and Toshu. Anupama looks at them and smiles.
Precap: Anupama returns home and says she is here with everyone’s blessings. Saagr says your life motto shall be no work and only rest. Anupama comes to Megha’s house and asks her to come out of the darkness. Megha says you have snatched my Priya from me, why you have come now.
