The Episode starts with Megha stabbing Anupama in her stomach shocking everyone. Aadhya shouts Mummy. Anuj shouts Anu. Everyone gets worried for her. Anuj holds Anupama and asks what happened to you. Anupama looks at Anuj and Aadhya, and smiles and closes her eyes. Viren comes there and holds Megha. Anuj says call ambulance Toshu says ambulance will take time to come. Anuj shouts asking them to take the car. He lifts Anupama and starts walking, saying he will not let anything happen to her. Megha calls Aadhya and says Priya is leaving me, and asks Viren to bring her back, anupama has snatched her from her. viren shouts at her and asks her to stop it. He says I listened to all your sayings and brought Aadhya home as Priya, thinking you couldnt handle the pain of losing Priya. He says you are not a mother,
In the car, Aadhya asks Anupama to open her eyes and says she needs her, and tells that she wants to love her more than she hated her. Toshu asks her to keep her eyes open. Anuj tells Anupama that even he needs her. He checks her breath. Toshu drives the car worriedly and says will reach Mummy. Baa and Babu ji are in the auto. They cry. Baa says that woman will never be happy for stabbing Anupama. She cries.
At the Ashram, Bala says everything will be fine, Kanha ji will make everything fine. babu ji shouts and tells that if kanha ji was there, then he wouldnt have let anything happen to Anupama. He says my daughter is giving test, and tells that Kanha ji doesn’t care for her, if anything happens to my daughter, then I will not take God’s name in this or any of the births.
Anuj, Toshu and Aadhya rush Anupama to the hospital. Doctor says this is a police case, and asks Nurse to make OT ready. He asks them to complete the legal formalities. Sagar also comes there and says Anudi. Anuj thinks dont forget that you have to return to us safely.
Everyone is worried for Anupama and cries. Kinjal, Titu, Pakhi and others cries. Indra thinks how Anupama had saved her and cries. Doctor comes out after the operation, and tells Anuj that patient is in coma and she is on ventilator, but she can’t be saved. Aadhya shouts no. It turns out to be Anuj’s dream. He prays to God to save his Anu. Meenu calls Sagar and asks how is Mami? Sagar says nothing can be said and says he is very scared. He cries. Meenu says nothing wrong can happen with her. She ends the call and says Mami is in OT, dont know till when operation will go on. Titu says I will take food for them. Baa tells that she will make food. kinjal asks her to be with Babu ji and says she will make. Pakhi tells that she is angry on that woman who stabbed her Mummy and asks Meenu if she didn’t know that her college Dean wife is such. Meenu says I saw her for the first time. Titu asks pakhi what she is saying? Pakhi says sorry to Meenu and tells that she is very scared for Mummy and that’s why saying this. Titu says if you remember that she is your Mummy. Pakhi says she is my mother, and I will be worried for her. Babu ji’s condition worsens and Baa gets worried for him. She goes from there.
Aadhya panics and gets panic attack crying for Anupama. Doctor says he has to give her injection. Baa pours milk on kanha ji and says I will do it until Anupama gets fine. Dimpy asks Babu ji to drink juice. He refuses until Anupama is fine. Meenu tells that the pain unites everyone. Kinjal says this is Mummy’s love for everyone. She says we all will pray.
Aadhya asks Anuj if anything will happen to Mummy, why so much time is taken. Doctor comes out and says surgery is going on, patients’ condition is weak, and there is a much blood and says experts team has to do the operation in which the survival chances are just 1 percent. Aadhya cries and recalls her bad behavior with Anupama. Baa prays to God. Meenu and Kinjal joins them. Doctor asks Anuj to sign on the consent form. Toshu says you said there is just one person. Anuj says Anupama will make 1 percent as 100 percent, she will fight and will not accept defeat, I trust her. He signs on the form. Nurse comes there and says Doctor, Patient is sinking. Anuj is shocked. Aadhya cries and says no…Mummy. Anuj says nothing will happen to Anu. Toshu and Sagar are shocked. Doctor tries to save her. Anuj says you can’t lose, we need you, dont go away, you have to fight, you cannot give up. Aadhya, Toshu and Sagar ask her to fight for life. Anuj says fight….Anu, don’t give up. Specialist Doctor comes there and goes to the OT. Everyone is praying for her. Doctor comes out and tells that she is fine and still breathing, but don’t know until when she will breath. He says we have just 15 mins to save her, and we will try to save her fully, but chance is just 1 percent, until there happens some miracle.
Aadhya says no, I can’t live without Mummy, she has searched me. Anuj says nothing will happen to her. Anupama is breathing heavily. Babu ji comes there with Meenu. Aadhya hugs him and cries. Meenu asks where are you going? Anuj goes from there. Aadhya asks where pops is going leaving me? Toshu asks her to handle herself and comforts her. Aadhya hugs her. Babu ji says I will die if something happens to her. Titu asks him to have strength and says nothing will happen to Mummy.
Precap: Anupama stops breathing and the doctor tries to revive her. Anuj falls down. Her soul comes to meet his soul and tells that she will be in his heart always.
