Malvika gets a panic attack seeing a neighbor couple fighting. Anupama asks what happened. Malvika shouts don’t beat me, runs to her room, and locks the door from inside. Anu and Anuj plead her to open the door. Malvika continues panicking and takes pills murmuring don’t beat me. Anu asks Anuj to open the door with spare keys. He says all keys are with GK. She tries to open it with hair pin but fails. On the other side, Shah family plays game. Baa wins game and rejoices. Bapuji and Mamaji joke on her. Pakhi hopes mummy attends party and calls her, but An doesn’t answer call. Samar says even Anuj is not picking call. Kavya yells if they didn’t want to come, why did they agree; they spoilt their party. Baa notices its 12 a.m. and think why didn’t they come. Kavya yells they must be partying in some posh hotel, anything can happen when Malvika is there.
Anu opens door via her old trick and rushes to Malvika. Malvika continues panicking and shouting pleads don’t me, it pains a lot. Anuj shatters seeing that and cries. Anu assures Malvika that there is no one here and notices medicine strip. She calls Anuj and asks if Malvika takes this medicine. He checks and says its depression medicine, he didn’t know that Mukku takes depression medicines. Anu asks what had happened that night. Malvika continues shouting don’t beat me. its paining. Abhi Mujhme Kahin.. song plays in the background. She remembers her ex-husband beating her. Anu asks Anuj why Malvika is saying this, what had happened with her.
Anuj says he is responsible for Mukku’s condition; Mukku used to love Akshay and Akshay loved money; he separated them after knowing that and after that he got her married to a perfect husband candidate; Mukku obeyed him and married; he thought he set everything right; then Mukku and her husband went on a honeymoon trip; then on 31st December he went to meet Mukku and found her crying in a corner with injuries all over her body, her beast husband had brutally tortured her; they consider domestic violence happens in villages and small cities, but truth it its present in every house; rich women wear black goggles to hide their injury and middle class girls hide their face with dupatta.
He continues expressing his feeling out. Anu consoles him. He says he was damn wrong; they have normalized domestic violence that they consider a husband torturing his wife as normal; a girl doesn’t call her family because she knows they will not listen to her and hence tolerates everything silently, etc. He blames himself again for his sister’s condition and says he wanted to kill that beast, but Mukku interfered and that beast was saved; he pampered Mukku since childhood, but because of him, she suffered many nights of torture.
Precap: Vanraj extends his support to Anuj if need be. Anu suggests Malvika to vent out her anger and pain. Malvika beats pillow and shouts..

Why serial people only got panic attack.
Actually I have experienced panic attack in form of palpitations, vertigo, tinnitus and insomnia. Among many panchakarma, vitamins, and most importantly ceragem bed helped me to get rid of anti depressants. Posted it with a hope that it can help someone.

Ohh so you want actors who are straight faced and wooden. Dont criticise just for the sake of criticizing. Today he is the best actor on ITV. Be it comic scene, romantic scene or emotional scene, he has excelled in all. His expressions are worth watching. Aneri, Anupama also are brilliant actress.
Anyways its your personal choice and they don’t need your validation sine majority of people like their work
I agree their acting was terrible . More effort was needed because they’re good performers, they could’ve done a lot better.

Ok whatever happened to malvika was bad but it wasn’t anujs fault although he blames himself for everything. He wanted the best for his sister without any ill intentions and hopefully malvika also knows this and doesn’t Harbour any ill feelings towards anuj.
It at all we can understand the benevolent intensions behind the actions/decisions, irrespective of the outcomes, we can avoid many conflicts. Everyone tries to do best but its the fortune or situation twists and if we can maintain mutual understanding during crisis we can certainly overcome it. Ameen.🙏
In instagram i saw many people commenting that it was a boring episode and unnecessary i don’t understand what is people’s problem first thing most of the people(ladies mostly old ladies) like saas bahu drama that’s why they used to enjoy shah family drama and most people like (young people) like romance and (don’t worry i am including myself in this too because i too liked anuj and anupama as a couple in this show) but i cannot deny the fact like those people who are commenting today that this is a boring episode
that this is a women centric show here anupama is the centre of the show but this is a show which is just representing a woman named anupama but through her it is also addressing many women who are facing torture in there married lives ,So obviously this show will address such serious situations like domestic violence(physical and mental),depression,rape,molestation,s*xual assault etc .
So they cannot focus only on one side of the story like shah drama or maan romance only they need to maintain a balance where they show shah drama ,kapadia drama ,maan romance with there love track,but also anupama success after her traumatic past with these serious issues as well so i m glad that now they are trying to maintain a balance first time in this new year after a lot of disappointment.
I m glad that they are using malvika character by addressing a serious issue instead of bringing unnecessary twists i hope they will do justice with this track in upcoming episodes as well today’s episode was full of emotions,it was such a heart wrenching episode i was just crying while watching whole sequence and still unable to understand how can some people make fun of today’s episode in instagram,twitter and in this forum i think those people are very insensitive in there own way or they don’t have guts to accept the reality of the society which is ignored by all of us always in such situations.
Anyways i don’t know about others but i did liked today’s episode it was very emotional i can relate to that incident also because i have seen someone who has dealt with it in real in front of me so ..Aneri mam’s performance is fabulous ,outstanding ,mind blowing ,I have never seen her previous performances before anupama because i didn’t saw nisha uske cousins or beyhadh type of serials but in this her acting was so out of the world and i still can see her face in front of my eyes her acting has impacted me that much now it was so realistic i can’t forget her face till now from today’s episode ,And rupali mam what to say today the way she was there by muku’s side it reminded me of that scene when anupama was having panic attacks when vanraj mentally tortured her and she went outside the house hiding behind the chair and devika found her and she said mein andar nahi jaungi i could see another anupama in muku today (physical and mental violence both are harmful for a person and it is a crime too) so don’t say that anupama’s pain is nothing in front of muku both were living in hell in there marriage relationships so both have there trauma because of this.And Gaurav sir also nailed it today that guilt was so realistic which he showed as a brother.
I liked everything in today’s episode but didn’t liked one thing that why they showed shahs in between that most painful moment i mean they should not have done that today’s episode was only for anuj ,anupama and malvika why to put shahs in between that they could have bring them tomorrow episode why to break a flow between that and last thing for me which is disappointing is precap i mean how how can they whitewash v like this?
vanraj mentally harassed anupama for 25 years he cheated her,he had an extra maritial affair ,because of his mental torture anupama had panic attacks and used to get triggered whenever vanraj used to lash at her and still they are whitewashing him that he is a good son ,good brother ,good father like seriously and this didn’t started now or after anuj’s entry this was even before anuj’s entry too why i need to know this i mean they always tried to justify his actions like he was having affair because anupama was not compatible with him is it even a justification for cheating your wife ,So here in precap they are showing that a person who himself tortured his wife for 25 years will be helping to another woman like seriously how can a abuser help another victim ?
I don’t understand why makers are so so obsessed with vanraj what kind of obsession is this that they want to normalize a crime like( mental trauma,mental violence,cheating,extramarital affair,character shaming) by showing that he is an ideal son,father ,brother (biggest joke of the year).And also they are trying to whitewash his character to such an extent that they want to involve him in such a serious situation i mean what’s the need they could have involved samar,kinjal or devika for this why vanraj only why he need to know every detail of kapadia’s is it so important afterall they are just business partners nothing else still they are involving him in every matter of kapadias why i hope makers just stop whitewashing vanraj shah.
Like in one scen Vanraj will harrass Kavya and another scene he will lend a hand to help a harrassed woman.😂

Its sad tht makers are too obsessed with sudhanshu since he being a friend of Rajan Shahi . How can a person, who himself is an abuser, help. Lets see what is in store in Monday episode. Would have preferred Samar or Bapuji coming to Anuj’s house instead of that crap.
We should appreciate the actors who put in their hard work and still remain humble and grounded.
What I don’t understand is why Mukku is doing business with a man like Vanraj after knowing he is a cheater. Anupama also disclose her suffering to her. Mukku herself is victim of domestic abuse. I seriously don’t get that why would she work with him who harrassed his wife and cheated on her.
People change, I have experienced it, I myself try to change/improve constantly and it’s nothing big, be happy and make others happy thats all.
Our society is full of Baa, Vanraj, Thosu and Malvika’s husband, good if they can have a change of heart.
One can’t have a peaceful life with constant enemy threat and our Anupama has eliminated that animosity with love understand and patience. Let’s hope Vanraj is changed now. Afterall its fictional story why negativity in fiction as well?

We have saying in oriya, (bada ghara bada gumara katha), it means the more powerful the family is that much more they cover up. And the fact is emotinal abuse and illegal traits are more pronounced there. Less privileged ones have fear of society but powerful ones are the most hypocrite. Only surprising thing is Mukku is not future ready, such an ideal family didn’t consider empowering it’s daughter, these basics self protection and survival skills need to be given since childhood.
