Anupamaa actor Nitesh Pandey dies after suffering a massive heart attack; postmortem report awaited
Anupamaa actor Nitish Pandey died due to a cardiac arrest in Igatpuri, near Nashik. The actor was in Igatpuri for his shoot. The police officials in Igatpuri are investigating the case and Nitesh’s mortal remains will be sent for post-mortem as well.
According to the reports, Nitesh was found dead at a hotel in Igatpuri, Nashik in Maharashtra. The cause of death seems to be a heart attack, however, the investigation is underway and a postmortem report is awaited.
Siddharth Nagar confirmed the news in an interview and said, “Yes you have heard it right. My brother-in-law is no more, my sister Arpita Pandey is in a state of shock. Nitesh’s father has left for Igatpuri to get his mortal remains. They should be here by the afternoon. We have gone absolutely numb, I have not been able to even talk to Arpita after the tragedy.”
He added, “I am headed to Igatpuri as well, I am in the train right now. I was coming back from Delhi when I heard about this. Nitesh was much younger than me. He was a very lively person and I don’t think he had a history of any heart ailment.”
Nitesh has been a well-known figure in both TV and Film Industries. The actor has been a part of many shows and movies. He made his debut on TV with Tejas in 1995 and also appeared in many movies such as Baazi, Om Shanti Om, and Dabangg 2 among others. Nitesh was last seen in the TV shows Indiawaali Maa and Anupamaa.
