Anupamaa fame Asmi Deo’s father reacts to the rumours of her track ending in the show
There have been rumours about the TV show Anupamaa taking a time leap and as a result child artiste Asmi Deo, who essays the role of Choti Anu, will no longer be part of the show. Now in an interview with BT, the child actor and her father Abhinay Deo refuted the rumours.
Asmi said, “I am shooting every day with Gaurav sir (Khanna) and the shooting will continue. My track is not over.”
Her father Abhinay added, “When we heard rumours of a leap, we contacted the makers and found out that as of now there is no truth to these rumours. Asmi will continue to be part of the show for a few more months. There is no information on any leap or whether her track is coming to an end.”
Talking about the show, the current track revolves around Anupama (Rupali Ganguly) and Anuj who are not together. The latter stays with Choti Anu and Maya while Vanraj (Sudhanshu Pandey) is trying to get Anupama back in his home. Meanwhile, Anupama is focussing on starting life afresh with a dance academy.
