In the previous episode, we saw Kumud telling Rajeshwari to pay attention towards aarti and she accidentally calls Veer by his name. Everyone is shocked to witness Kumud crossing her line. Raj Mata asks Kumud to leave. She apologizes to everyone and leaves. Digvijay asks Rajeshwari to go and relax. She has that she had things to do. Rajeshwari is wondering about how Rani is going to find out the true culprit. Veer comes to her room and asks if she is worried about something. He ensures her that this secret will always remain between the two. She says that she trusts him but not Rani, she is the daughter of a servant who will need time to get accustomed to the ways of family. Rani can go to any extent to save him, she says. Rani tells Birju that she will find out the real culprit to save Veer. Birju assures her that they will together prove Veer innocent. He says that he has found a piece of evidence for Veer. He says that perhaps they will be able to figure out the real victim today itself. In her haste to go out Rani accidentally bumps into Veer. Veer asks her if she is fine. She says that you are a Chowchak (fine) doctor, how can your patient not recover fast. Rani asks if he has eaten, Veer says he is not hungry. He asks Rani to eat food on time because medicines need food to work. Rani says that you should also eat on time, he looks pale after coming out of jail. Veer asks her to have food together but insists that she has to go out to complete an urgent piece of work. Veer commands her not to go anywhere.
Raj Mata tells Digvijay that Kumud will not be able to hold her feelings for Veer much longer. She will someday disclose the secret that she is Veer’s mother. This may have grave consequences. Vikram overhears all of this and is shocked to know that his father cheated on her mother.
Rani asks Veer why is he not allowing her to go outside. Veer tells her that it’s her duty to see that she recovers well. Rani says that she doesn’t have time as she will have to figure out who the real culprit is before the next hearing. Veer asks her that she should study on her carrier and education. He says that why is she so bothered when he himself doesn’t mind getting hanged. Rani says if any of your patients tell you that he is fine dying then would you let me die? Veer says that this is different as he does not want the real culprit to come into the limelight. Rani says that you always do this, without asking for what I want. Do whatever you want but I won’t let you die for someone else, she said. She adds that no matter what she will find out the real culprit.
Veer stops Rani and says that I thought I have started to know you better but it seems that I was wrong. He says that he will do everything in his power to stop her from knowing the truth. Rani says, fine but I will not wish you luck this time as I don’t want you to win this time. She also promises him that she will not let him go to jail again. Veer tells her to stay at home till she recovers as he cannot take risks with her health anymore. Rani decides to secretly escape from there.
