Madhu urges Girdar to give Apollena time to make up her mind, pleading with him to stop pressuring her. Girdar insists he isn’t torturing her but motivating her, reminding Madhu how Mahadev forced Apollena into marriage and made her suffer. Madhu begs him to show mercy, but Girdar asserts that as her father, he only wants to protect her from further pain.
Neil informs Girdar that the court has sent a counseling notice to Apollena because Shlok has signed the divorce papers, making it a mutual consent case. During the counseling session, the judge asks Apollena if she truly wishes to separate from Shlok. Mahadev insists on a swift divorce, but the judge silences him, stating that she needs to hear from the couple directly.
Both Apollena and Shlok agree to the divorce, citing their different worlds and separate paths. The judge remarks that most divorce cases stem from misunderstandings and unfulfilled dreams. She clarifies that unless domestic violence is involved, she cannot grant an immediate divorce. When Girdar tries to intervene, the judge warns him to stay silent, asserting that only the couple can decide their future. Since they have been married for only three months, she orders them to stay together for another three months before making a final decision.
Mahadev objects, but the judge stands firm, declaring it a rule. Sarswati realizes that Apollena will remain with them for three more months. Shlok takes Apollena back to his house, where everyone ignores her. When Shlok tries to help, she refuses, leading to an argument. He then offers her his room while he stays in the guest room, sarcastically adding that she might tell the judge he denied her a place to stay. Apollena feels heartbroken.
Meanwhile, Girdar confides in his mother, who hopes for Apollena and Shlok’s reconciliation. Madhu, however, insists on respecting Apollena’s wishes, as she loves Girdar. Girdar, confident in his stance, challenges Madhu, claiming Apollena will return home within a month.
Later, Shlok is shocked to find Ira at his house. Mahadev announces that he has decided to arrange Ira’s marriage to Shlok. Sarswati supports the decision, expecting Shlok to comply. Apollena confronts Shlok, who defends Ira, stating that she has sacrificed everything for him, even becoming a criminal to get him back—unlike Apollena, who, in his eyes, has never truly loved him.
