Ankita Bhargava is now part of Sony’s news room drama Reporters. Ankita will be seen playing the role of Shreya, who is ex-wife of Kabir played by Rajeev Khandelwal. There will be a twist in the tale as Shreya enters the show. Talking about the lead characters, Ananya Kashyap is a head strong girl who works for a news channel called KKN. Ananya is young and untouched by the mediocrity of a compromised life. She insists on letting her heart steer her life, whereas Kabir Sharma is a senior journalist who joins the channel as the new Editor in Chief.
Ananya and Kabir are very different from each other and yet find love. Shreya is a strong businesswoman who have got separated from Kabir due to ideological differences. She would now partner with KKN owners and join the news organization making Kabir uncomfortable. Kabir and Ananya finally become friends, with both falling in love with each other without even realizing.
With Ronnie confessing his love for Ananya and Kabir also falling in love with Ananya, the viewers were set to experience a love triangle with lot of turns and twists. There is going to be a fourth angle to this love story. The upcoming tracks will see the entry of Ankita Bhargava, where she will be seen playing the role of Kabir’s ex-wife, who is a rich business woman.
