Bahu Hamari Rajni_Kant is an upcoming sitcom premiering on Life Ok on 15th February 2016. Ridhima Pandit and Karan Grover play the leads. The plot of the show is about Sonakshi, who will be seen essaying the role of a perfect daughter-in-law Sonakshi trying to meet her mother-in-law’s expectations. The story brings the work and responsibilities carried by a bahu, and how Sonakshi turns so perfect that it gets indigestible for her husband and mother in law. They start calling her Rajnikant, who is just perfect and quick in all the work.
Sonakshi’s husband Shaan describes Sonakshi as best cook, the woman who has allergy with hindi serials, she is friendly with his mother, she gets happy when he eyes other women, she does not like shopping, she is best in doing puja and rocks in style as well. His doctor calls him mad to be worried if he has such a perfect wife. Karan V Grover is returning with this serial. The show is a family entertainer. It will be fun to watch a dysfunctional family, who can’t manage anything, whereas the family gets a big shock when Sonakshi manages everything easily. The show also focuses on sharp and crazy Shaan, who is unromantic and can’t balance things. Shaan is restless and does not accept things easily. Krishna Bharadwaj will be playing the brother of the elder daughter-in-law, essayed by Vahbiz Dorabjee. Pankit Thakker will be playing tole of the youngest son of the family, who is madly in love with his wife, played by Tanvi Thakkar. Sonakshi’s mother in law Surili does not accept that fact that her bahu is too perfect and wonders what is the mystery behind it.
