Actor Sidharth Shukla’s untimely demise has come as a shock to everyone. Arhaan Khan, who had some major fights with Sidharth in the Bigg Boss 13 house is also shocked and saddened. Arhaan, who is currently in his hometown Jaipur talks about it in an interview and shares, “I am numb and heartbroken. To even think of the tragic news gives me goosebumps. We all are yet to come to terms with the fact that he has gone forever. I am in my hometown and got a call from an industry friend informing me about the tragedy. I am leaving tomorrow and want to meet his mom soon. This very thought of how his mom is going to accept the harsh reality makes me sad. Sidharth was an intelligent and genuine guy. He had a huge fan following and everyone liked his personality.”
When asked about their equation with each other in the Bigg Boss house, Arhaan said, “It’s very easy to make conclusions on the basis of a one-hour long show. A lot of things used to happen inside the house for 24 hours but people made conclusions by watching a few clippings. But that’s what reality shows are all about.” He further adds, “There were moments when we spoke to each other and shared cordial relations. He had to leave the BB house and get admitted to a hospital due to health reasons. When he came back, he came up to me and hugged me, which was quite surprising for me. He said, ‘Let’s start afresh. I don’t want to fight with you because of anyone else.’ This reminds me of another incident too. Once I cooked dinner for everyone in the house. He requested me to make some aloo ki bhaji for him as he didn’t like the sabji that was cooked for dinner. I immediately went to the kitchen and prepared aloo ki bhaji for him, which he relished so much and thanked me.”
After the show, Arhaan and Sidharth met outside to sort out the differences. “Yes, after the show got over, we both met and cleared all our misunderstandings. Humne bahot der tak baithkar baat ki aur saare gile-shikwe durr kiye. In fact, we also talked about working on a project together someday. Unfortunately, that is never going to happen.”
