Armaan Malik’s participation in Bigg Boss OTT 3 has captured the attention of netizens. He entered the controversial house with his two wives, Payal and Kritika. Recently, Payal was evicted from the show. Following her elimination, she released a video claiming that her eviction was due to the other housemates’ influence, leading to her departure within just a few days.
In a recent interview, Payal Malik shared details about her marriage to Armaan, revealing that he was previously divorced before they tied the knot. She explained that his first marriage occurred when he was known as Sandeep and took place when he was a minor.
Addressing the controversy surrounding Armaan’s three marriages, Payal clarified in an interview with Galatta India that Armaan’s first marriage was a child marriage, which ended in divorce before she married him. Payal stated, “Before my marriage, he was already divorced, and it was a child marriage that took place in Haryana. He got divorced, and we married after that.”
Payal further mentioned that Armaan’s first wife has received financial support from him and is now happy in her second marriage.
During the same interview, Payal discussed her journey of accepting Armaan’s marriage to Kritika. Initially, she found the situation challenging and felt she made a significant compromise by sharing her husband. Reflecting on those tough times, Payal shared that it took her about a year and a half to come to terms with Armaan’s second marriage.
Payal recounted, “Me, Armaan, my son, Kritika, we all got separated and reached the verge of despair. But when we realized that nothing is of any use unless you have your husband, we reconsidered our relationship.”
After Payal was announced as the second contestant to be eliminated from the house, following Neeraj Goyat, Armaan remained composed and expressed his acceptance. He calmly noted that he would be fine with her eviction, as she would return to care for their four children. Meanwhile, Kritika became emotional, but she refrained from crying in front of Payal to avoid making her feel weak.
During the grand premiere of Bigg Boss OTT 3, Payal Malik opened up about her love story with Armaan. She revealed that they fell in love within six days and got married on the seventh day. Interestingly, Payal eloped from her house to marry Armaan.
