The episode starts with Awadh walking towards interview venue fuming recalling the event happened just now. Vimla’s neighbor stops him and asks him to inform KV that Vimla’s in-laws are performing her husband’s second marriage, her husband would be arriving from city tomorrow and there would be haldi and mehandi ritual tomorrow and wedding day after tomorrow. Awadh rushes home and informs family about it. Vimla breaks down and insists KV to drop her to her in-laws’ place, she will hold her in-laws’ feet and plead them to stop her husband’s second wedding and reaccept her.
Atal warns her not to go by herself as it’s a question of self-respect and let her in-laws themselves come here. Parents warn him not to interfere and teach wrong to Vimla. Atal says maybe jijaji doesn’t know about the wedding, let him return home tomorrow and decide. Awadh insists Vimla to go, but Atal gets adamant. KM holds Atal’s hand. KV holds Vimla’s hand and takes her along. Tomar and other villagers notice that and ask where is he taking his daughter like this and why is he tensed. KV stands silently.
Atal insists KM to let him go and stop Vimla as he has thought something. Saraswati and Awadh insist KM not to leave Atal. Saraswati leaves Atal when Shyamlal says let’s not promise’s their self-respect. Atal rushes to Vimla and reminds her that she stopped talking to Awadh once when she was right and it was a question of her self-respect. He pleads her not to compromise her self-respect. KV asks Atal to go to school and Vimla to accompany him to her in-laws. Vimla follows KV. Atal walks towards school.
Saraswati insists Awadh to attend his job interview. Awadh says he doesn’t want to when he is not respected in this house while his youngest brother gets all the respect. KM hears that and confronts Saraswati. Atal attends school and recalls Saraswati’s words. Drama continues..
Precap: KV tells family that Vimla returned midway and says Atal is right.
Vimla says she will not compromise her self-respect. Babban taunts that Atal saved his sister from illness but couldn’t save her marriage.
