The episode starts with people refusing to give money in charity to help cholera patients. A little girl offers money and says his father died due to cholera and his soul would be happy if she can help someone. People get impressed by her kind act and offer money to Atal. Even the rich man offers money and praises girl’s kind act.
Shanti confronts Sethji and his family for speaking ill about Atal. A group of people walk in searching for Atal and asking if it’s Atal’s locality. Sethji angrily says it’s not Atal’s locality, he unfortunately stays here. Group says they want to meet Atal’s parents. KM asks what happened. Women hug KM emotionally and inform that they are here after hearing about Atal’s efforts to save cholera patients, they came to support Atal’s parents, they are fasting for Atal’s safe return home. Bhavana says even she will fast for Atal’s safe return and encourages villagers also to fast.
Rich man asks Atal who is he who is helping their people. Atal says he is a patriot who is following his duty as a patriot by helping people and getting into their heart. He then visits pharmacy to buy medicines. Pharmacist refuse to give him medicines and asks him to bring more money. Other people also request pharmacist to give them medicines and take money later. He flatly refuses. Atal points a stick at pharmacist’s back and threatens that it’s a gun, he will shoot him if he doesn’t give medicines. Pharmacist orders his assistant to give medicines to the them and tells Atal that he is gaining enmity with British government with his act.
Atal says he is ready to face anything to save humanity. Pharmacist lets him go with medicines. Later British officer questions assistant who stole medicines, but pharmacist signals assistant to be silent. Drama continues..
Precap: Doctor informs Atal that he needs more medicines to save cholera patients. Sethji reads news that someone stole cholera medicines from the government hospital.
