The episode starts with Atal getting into a lockup and asking police inspector to shoot him in lockup as he would like to be martyred like the great patriots. Inspector says he will not let him ago easily. Keshav enters and says he will not let inspector shoot Atal as inspector doesn’t have any evidence against Atal. Atal says an ash can’t tell if it was evidence or someone was trying to make it as evidence. Inspector stands fuming.

KB performs pooja before proceeding with Sada’s baraat. Sada asks when will Atal come. Saraswati says he will not come after doing a crime. Awadh backs her. Vimla and Kamla ask if Atal will really not come. KM says he will. Atal walks in chanting Bharat Mata Ki Jai.. Localities join him. Atal stops them and says he didn’t do anything great. They say he is an inspiration for them to be patriotic.

KB asks Sada’s baraat if they are ready to move. KM asks Atal to get ready soon. Atal asks KM to ask KB if he also can join baraatis. KB stands silently. Atal thinks he gave permission and excitedly gets ready. Keshav also gets ready to attend wedding. His father asks him to stop supporting Atal. Keshav says Atal is his bestfriend and he can do anything for Atal. Mother applies tilak to him and sees him off.

Atal walks down ready for the baraat. Awadh says Atal will not go with them as he is a criminal. Atal says he is a patriot and better than a wife’s slave. Awadh gets angry. KB says everyone will attend baraat except Atal as the doesn’t want to destroy peace of baraat. KM says Atal will go with baraat. Awadh argues. Atal decides to stay back. KM cries hugging him.

Precap: Atal defeats a wrestler in wrestling and cries that police didn’t let him attend his brother’s wedding. Inspector asks him to stop being a patriot or else he will die. Atal says he has mother and motherland to protect him.
