The episode starts with KB stopping Atal from entering the school and saying he will not get alms here. Atal asks why is he ringing a bell and why he has tears in his eyes. KB walks away. Atal asks Prem and Sada why KB is crying. Prem and Sada asks him to go from there as he is the reason behind all their problems.
KM forcefully takes Sushila home and refuses to free her hand until doctor arrives with cow’s lab report. Sushila and her puppy Vimla cuss at KM. Doctor arrives and gives report to KM. KM stands shocked seeing the report. Doctor says cow died due to natural cause. KM asks how is it possible as cow was fine a day before. Sushila slaps KM and accuses of wrongly humiliating her. Tomar slaps pandit and says he shouldn’t have humiliated him without thinking much. Doctor leaves.
Tomar walks behind doctor thinking why did he change the report when he refused earlier. Doctor walks to him. Tomar thanks and offers him money. Doctor demands a recommendation to open a clinic in his selected area. Tomar agrees. Sushila joins them and praises their evil and corrupt nature. She returns home and demand apology from KM. Shyamlal orders KM to apologise Sushila.
Precap: Latha stops Keshav from giving food to Atal. Sushila frightens KM that when a man/KB is in depression, he may commit suicide.
