The Episode starts with Mishra telling Mirza that he will open the box as he is older than him. Mirza says but I got more educated than you and that’s why I will open the box. They argue. Brij says I will die seeing your argument. Noorjahan asks them to open it. They open it. Mirza picks the book wrapped in the red cloth. They argue. Mirza asks Mishra to read the book. He reads while Brij explains that they shall do the duty as they are staying in the haveli. Shanti and Sakina argue. Mishra reads that the people staying in haveli shall get it colored, shall light the haveli with diyas on diwali and also get it repaired whenever required. Noorjahan asks him to read fast. Mishra says they shall celebrate every 10 years and shall keep the board to make the evils stay away from haveli. They

keep the board. Sakina and Shanti get upset on their husband for wasting the money. Sakina asks him to mortgaged her and her kids and get the dawat done. Mishra says he will leave. Shanti scolds him and asks if he has bank keys that he is thinking of evening jashn. Mirza and Mishra meet and are troubled by their wives. Bittu comes there and asks why are they in tension. Mishra asks if he didn’t go to haveli. Bittu asks them to celebrate jashn in haveli. Mishra says they thought, but couldn’t arrange. They count the dishes they want. Mishra says their budget is 5000. Mishra changes the menu and asks them to take money from their wives, as they had gone to their mayka. He thinks to get haveli before Pappu returns.

Sakina tells Shanti that they used to make 36 dishes for the celebration/feast. Shanti taunts her and praises herself. Sakina taunts her. Shanti tells that she will make nice dishes to celebrate the jashn. Her son comes there and asks her to make icecream, not to give Gujiya like last time. Shanti sends him away. Sakina says kids talks truly. Her daughter comes there and asks her to make more food, as last time people torn Papa’s shirt. Sakina scolds her. Shanti says Kids say truly. Mishra and Mirza come to their wives and tell that they can’t arrange 25000 Rs, as their list is costly. Their wives ask them to go and fetch water. Mishra asks Mirza to do emotional blackmail. Mirza agrees. Mishra brings milk and gives to her. She thinks if he will ask for the boon. He emotionally blackmails her to give money and shows her piggy bank. Mirza talks to the jeweller and asks about selling his engagement ring. Sakina scolds him for trying to sell his ring gifted by her father. She says she has other way and brings money kept in the kitchen boxes. She gives him money and asks him to keep the ring safely.

They keep the feast for the neighbors. Neighbors have the food. Noorjahan asks Brij to have something. He says he is taking ajwain so that he can eat anything. Shanti and Sakina taunt each other for their clothes. Someone brings gifts and gives to them. They argue and ask Paro to keep.

Bittu calls Mirza who asks him to come from back door. Bittu gives them envelope. They handover food packets to him and ask him not to refuse. Bittu gets angry.
