The episode starts with Bittu burning Dr. Kooda’s clothes that they will promote Indian goods and ban foreign goods. Officer Balkishan notices him and asks what is he doing. He says he is promoting Indian goods and banning foreign goods as per their prime minister’s advice who personally advised him. Balkishan asks if he really met PM. Bittu says he saw him on TV. Balkishan says he has seen him somewhere. Bittu reminds him of the earlier incident. Balkishan says that is why he could identify his face. Bittu asks where is he going. Balkishan says 3/13 haveli. Bittu says he will find many creatures there and a woman wearing bindi who can burn him with it and throw garbage on him. Balkishan thanks him for alerting him. Bittu suggests him to cut his hair after winter
Balkishan visits haveli and seeing Shanti with a dustbin asks if she is throwing garbage on him. She says she was drying washed dustbin. He asks what happened to her voice. She says she has hoarse throat. He asks her to get treatment first. Mirza and Mishra walk out. Balkishan asks if they got document proof of their freedom fighter forefathers. They say no. Mishra says he will hoist the republic day flag though. Mirza he will as Mishra doesn’t respect national anthem and during last year’s flag hoisting ceremony, he didn’t stand up for national anthem. Balkishan orders his assistant Tilak to trash him for not respecting national anthem. Mishra says he had leg injury that time and due to Mirza’s lies public broke his another leg; Mirza is not patriot and blew fire crackers when India lost over Australia. Tilak trashes Mirza. Mirza says he had brought crackers for India’s win, but someone blew them out. Brij walks out and asks Balkishan to sit. Mishra asks if he will hoist the flag. Balkishan says no and says he remembers a patriot/Bittu who will hoist the national flag.
At night, Shanti gargles her throat and tries to sing, but fails. She asks Mishra to do something and convince Balkishan that they will hoist the flag. Mishra says her voice is more hoarse now and taunts that when she was speaking neighbor thought his father was calling him and was searching his father. Shanti scolds him. Sakina also demands same from Mirza. Mirza gets an idea to get into Balkishan’s good books. Next morning, he fixes live electric wire to a wire fence and asks Ashiq to fix the board on fence. When ashiq touches fence, he gets electrocuted. Mirza warns no one to help Ashiq and himself trashes Ashiq with a wooden plank to save him. BBC present there covers rescue operation on his news channel. and makes Mirza an overnight hero.
Sakina sings Leja Leja Re.. song. Shanti sings in male voice. BBC informs Ashiq and Mirza that their video went viral and everyone are praising Mirza for being a savior. Mirza acts as surprised. BBC reads comments, leaving Mishra jealous who thinks of risking Majnu’s life and then rescuing him. Manju warns to dare not think of that. Back home, Mishra watches Mirza’s news with Shanti. Shanti scolds him to do something and get famous like Mirza. Mishra asks her to give some idea. She scolds him again and continues till late night.
