Author’s POV
Aru says dude wait till night atleast and laughs
Neel too runs out of room he is also blushing.
Aru holds his stomach and laughs.
Aru says “Seriously bada maza aaya inhe pareshaan karke.(its is seriously fun to tease them)
Suddenly the door opens and aru looks towards the door to find out who has came, he finds it to be his Neela ma. She comes towards him and aru stands like an obedient child, an innocent one.
She holds and pulls his ear and aru starts to say in pain “Ma. Dard ho rha h(ma its paining). Neela has very lightly pulling his ears, it’s not actually paining aru, he is just doing drama in front of neela and she knows it very well.
Neela says “Kyu pareshaan kar rha h tu in dono ko(why are you teasing them)
Aru says “Sorry ma. Aage se nhi karonga.. ab to kaan chodo(sorry ma, I wont do it again, now please leave my ear)
Neela says “Pakka(sure)
Aru says “Ha pakka(yes sure)
After listening aru she releases his ear and says “Theek h(fine)
Aru being aru again gets naughty and says “Par maza bada aaya tha(but it was fun) and as soon as he says this he runs out of the room.
Neela calls “Aru but it was too late aru has already left the room.
Neela laughs and says “Ye ladka bhi na. Kya karo me ab iska(this boy na,what to do of him.)
Then she goes out of the room, towards the dining table where everyone is sitting.
At the dining table
Avneil is sitting facing each other; they are lost in each other eyes, their deep, brown orbs. Their intensity of stare is very much like no one can break it apart from themselves, and they themselves seem to be in no hurry to do so.
Aru is observing this for long; everyone else did take a notice but didn’t pay too much attention and moved their focus on eating what’s there in their plate. Aru loved their act of love but is care stricken for his chasni so he decides to interrupt them, so that his baby doll can finish her food. He feels guilty in doing this but his love and care for chasni made him do it.
Aru breaks the silence and says “Chasni, Khana khalo ab achche se. Kitne time se nhi khaya h tune(chasni now eat properly, you have not eaten anything from a long time )
He kills two birds with one stone, he interrupts avneil and nobody even gets to know about it. Everyone feels bad that because of them avni got suffered too much.
Amol says Di ne kal subha se nhi khaya?(di you have not eaten since yesterday morning)
Avni nodded feeling guilty.
Amol gets angry and says “Di seriously aap aisa kaise kar sakte hu(di seriously how can you do this)
Avni says “Amol I am sorry and makes a sad face, she curls the corner of her lips downwards and also do puppy dog eyes. Seeing this amol’s heart melts but he didn’t show it, rather he looks down he in plate and fills the spoon with rice and lifts his spoon as if he is very much angry and taking the bite ignoring avni but he moves the spoon towards her and feeds her. They smile. Seeing their bonding, everyone smiles too.
Shweta says “Neel beta khana. tune bhi to nhi khaya na. Kha le(neel son, eat, you have also not eaten, eat now )
Neel says “Ji ma(yes mom) and he smiles seeing his mother’s affection and concern towards him.
After having food, Everyone sits on the sofa and talks. Aru tells them his and avni’s childhood stories and he even plays their video and pictures on tv. Both of childhood as well as of adulthood.
Everyone loves it, and are very happy hearing their notorious tales.
Neel smiles seeing his avni laughing and having such a carefree moment. After so much of drama he finally got to see his lady love laughing so wholeheartedly. It pleased his heart. That finally his avni is happy. She is getting all the love she deserves. Neel’s happiness cant be described in words. And there is no device made which can measure his happiness.
When everyone is busy watching the video that is playing in front of them, aru comes near neel’s sofa and sits on the sofa arm, he leans towards neel and whispers in his ear ” dude I have some photograph of avni’s photoshoot, you will love it, I can bet upon that. Its there in my laptop but the folder has a lock, avni has put that lock. Neel if you can figure it out what it is than you will get to see her hot picture. And she has done a bikini shoot too.
At the last line, neel blushs and aru smiles at him. Avni sees them and gets suspicious; she gets curious that what the boys are talking about. She thinks to walk to them and asks them, when she is about to get up, amol screams Di. It catches everyone’s attention especially of aru, neel and avni who weren’t paying attention to the video.
Avni says “kya hua amol (What happened amol)
Amol exclaimed “aap ice skating kar rhe ho(di you are doing ice skating)
Everyone laughs at this
In evening
Aru thinks that avni and neel is together after so long time, so they should spend some quality time. So he suggests everyone to go for picnic at india gate at night.
Neel finds it a golden chance to confess his feelings. He tells aru that he will propose avni tonight, and needs his help. He tells him that he wants him to distract avni so that he can prepare for the proposal.
Aru sends everyone to india gate and stops avni saying that he wants to spend some time with his sister. Neel stays back saying he needs to work on some case. Neela and shweta gets hints and takes everyone out of the house as soon as possible.
Avni feels bad that neel is not spending time with her but gets happy too because she will get to spend time with aru.
Aru and avni talks for hours sitting in aru’s bedroom, and neel has already dismissed himself saying he need to work on the case while doing video conferencing with DD, implying that don’t disturb him. In reality he is doing the preparation of proposal.
Aru gets a message and he reads it. It is from neel, the message says bring avni on Terrace.
Aru says “avni wanna have coffee
Avni says “Yeah sure and
Aru cuts her and says “like we use to have in new York
Avni nods
Aru says “Chal, Terrace par ja kar Swing par baith kar araam kar me coffee lata hu.(go on the terrace, and sit on the swing, I will bring coffee)
Avni says “Nhi me yahi rukti hu(no I will wait here)
Aru says in his husky voice “Avu
Avni says “Achcha theek h(ok fine)
Aru says “Good girl
They come out of the room, aru goes to the kitchen and avni goes to the terrace.
When she comes there she sees candle lights and rose-petals around it on the surface of walls of the terrace. She finds the swing decorated with white flower. On the floor there is a heart made up of red roses. There are some electrical lights too.
The decorations are very beautiful, it looks like a dream. It looks beyond beautiful to be real. She walks and sees a bouquet on the swing with a letter that says to the most beautiful girl.
Avni smiles and blushes.
My favourite flower and that too with a letter, Kisne kiya h ye(who have done it).. neel ne, she thinks and blushes more. She is now looking like a pink rose.

She turns and finds neel standing at the entrance of the terrace with a red rose in his hand, neel continues “To the most beautiful girl i have met and he walks towards her and gives her the rose.
Avni takes the rose and says “Neel. Ye sab (neel all this)
Neel says “Avni let me complete. Avni listens quietly.
Neel says since the time I have seen you, met you, I feel that there is some kind of connection between us. Some kind of bond, that pulls me closer to you. I don’t know what I am saying, but I wanna tell you everything that is there in my heart. Avni when you left me. It felt like nothing is left in my life. Like my life is aimless. After Juhi’s death, I had forgotten what life is. My life had become black and white. But the day I saw you, my life became colourful. Avni you coloured my world. Because of you I started living again. Because of you I am neel khanna again. The time and moments we have spent together are the best moments of my life. My life feels so incomplete without you. You are sunshine, the rainbow, every beautiful thing that is there in nature, of my life. My life is around you. You are the center of my life avni. In fact you are my life. Avni today I want to confess my feeling that I have for you. Avni I have loved juhi very much, but after her death, I thought that I will not be able to life, love and be happy again. But when you came in my life, everything changed, you changed this neel khanna. You gave him life. You made him happy. And most importantly you made him fall in love again. Yes avni I love you, I love you avni. I love you very much, more than anything else. Confession ki speech bekaar h(confession’s speech is bad) but feelings are real. It is real and true that I love you avni. I will never leave you, will always make you happy, will always love you, will be there with you, will support you. I love you Avni.
Hearing neel’s confession, avni’s emotions overflows and a tear escapes her eye, she is so overwhelmed, that someone loves her so much. Her feelings cant be described in words, it is beyond explanation. Seeing a tear in avni’s eye, neel thinks that he has hurt avni and she doesn’t loves him.
Neel say “Its ok avni if you Dont love me. I will accept it. He turns and tears starts to fall from his eyes. He while crying starts to walk. Seeing him walk, avni panicked that if she didn’t do anything she might lose him forever.
Avni shouts “I love you neel
Neel stops and turns and asks “What?
Avni repeats “I love you neel
Neel smiles and wipes off his tears and says “I love you avni
He is on cloud nine that his dream is finally come true.
– Tujhse kiya hai dil ne bayan
Kiya nigahon ko zubaan
Waada wafa ka kiya –
Neel walks to her and kneels down in front of her and takes out a ring from his back pocket of jeans.
Neel sayswill you be mine, mrs avni neel khanna
Avni cries seeing this gesture and nods.
– Tujhse liya khud ko mila
Liya duaaon ka sila
Jeene ka sapna liya –
Neel makes her wear the ring and then he stands up. He hugs her tightly and she hugs him back. He breaks the hug and he cups her face and kisses her forehead.
– Dil ke makaan mein
Tu mehmaan rahaan rahaan
Aankhon ki zubaan
Kare hai bayan kaha aankaha –
“Neel” avni whispered
“avni neel says

Neel without wasting time crashed his lips onto hers and kissed her passionately. Avni without wasting even a single second, reciprocates the kiss. It is her first kiss, her first kiss is taken by none other than HER neel. She is on cloud nine. Finally her wild dream has come true. Neel is now hers. And she is his.
– Meherbani jaate jaate mujhpe kar gaya
Guzarta saa lamha ek daaman bhar gaya
Tera nazara mila, roshan sitara mila
Taqdeer ka jaise koi ishaara mila –
Neel breaks the kiss and pants. Both are heavily breathing. He sees her and gets lost in her orbs and she too gets lost in his.
– Tera ehsaan lage hai jahan mein khila
Haan khila..
Sapno mein mere tera hi nishaan mila
Haan mila.. –

And then neel leans forward to capture her lips again.
After kissing each other passionately, they both sit on the swing. Avni puts her head on neel’s shoulder and neel puts his head on avni’s head and puts his hand on her waist. While his free hand is tangled with hers.
They talked and talked about each other, What they feel, since when, how they felt on various close moments that they have shared previously and much more.
Avni yawns. Neel notices it.
Neel asks “You sleepy?
Avni lies “No
Neel says and smiles “Liar
He sees the time and says “It is 2 am, Lets go and stand up
Avni says “Nope. We will talk.
Neel says “No
Avni says “Please with puppy dog eyes, and a sad smile.
He sees her puppy face and acts that his heart has melt and he has accepted her request.
Neel says “Ok fine
But cleverly he goes to her and carries her in bridal style.
Avni says “Neel put me down
Neel says “No and he walks towards the door.
Avni says “Neel
Neel says “No
Avni threatens him “I will scream
Neel says “Scream and sab aa jaenge. Aur hume dekh lenge. Vo bhi aise(scream and everyone will come and see us, that too in this position)
She blushes and stays quietly and he smiles. He carries her to their new room. He makes her sit on the bed. And he goes to bolt the door. He goes near the couch
Avni says “Neel. Kaha?
Neel says “Yaha and points towards the couch.
Avni asks “Kyo I am comfortable with you, and trusts you too, plus I love you neel so I accepted you, we can share the bed
Neel says and sits on the couch “Yeah, but I don’t trust, maybe you will try to and he covers his front, before he could say more, avni gets what he means and says “Neel, Oh apna one track dimaag apne paas rkho (neel, don’t take it in the wrong way)”and She throws a pillow on him.
He catches the pillow and laughs and says “just kidding
Avni says “fine ,Come
Neel says “Coming
He gets up and goes towards the bed and lies down. He switches off the light. And says “good night wifey
Avni says “Good night hubby.
They sleep hugging each other
