Ekansh : I thought I have lost you Mehak
Mehak : Ekansh you are my love ? How can I leave you alone ?
Ekansh cupped her face and said : Then promise me you will always be with me.
Mehak ; I am always with you Ekansh ,just that you are not realizing it.
Ekansh : What does that mean Mehak ?
Mehak : Nothing my dearest hubby. When we are together we need to enjoy our special moments. And see we are not doing it. Too bad ..

Ekansh obeyed the same and they reached the hall which was lightened with full of lamps.
Ekansh hugged Mehak from back and said ; Oh so my sweet wife wants something very romantic and she has surprised me by arranging these.
Mehak ; I just want to say that like these lightening lamps you have bought light to my life Ekansh. I feels each and every moment as so beautiful when you are with me Ekansh. I just want to be in your arms today whole heartedly.
Ekansh : As your wish Mehak
Ekansh uplifted Mehak and they both looked each other sweetly.

Ekansh : How can I forgot this ? This one is pre wedding photoshoot of ours and when the photographer was insisting me to smile I didn’t smiled. That day I was hanged up with work pressure and my mind was not willing to do all these.

You supports me like a dad supporting his child and the way you shows affection always makes me to feel motherly bond in you. I am so lucky that even though I am an orphan …..
Mehak : Ekansh !!! Please.
Ekansh ; Let me complete Mehak. After marrying you I never felt I am lonely . Because always you showed various aspects of care and affection and your true love made me to feel that I got every one. You are my world, my life , my love …..I love you so much Mehak.

Ekansh nodded his head and he lie down at her lap. Mehak waved his head and afterwards she also felt asleep.
After some time
Ekansh took a pistol in his hand . He poined out it towards his head

Ekansh bend down and removed the rope and label which was tied on Mehak

His eyes saw Mehak who was lying down at the floor without any movement.
Ekansh ; Mein tumhein bacha nahin paaya Mehak. Those kidnappers killed you and I wasn’t able to save you….I don’t want to live ….I am also coming with you….

Ekansh opened his eyes and realized he is in hospital bed.
Pinky : Mr. Ekansh I have already said you that your life is precious. I know lose of Mrs. Mehak has affected you deeply but Mr.Ekansh you should try to move on. Every night you are suffering these much pain seeing the same dream again and again. Please try to engage yourself in other activities.
Ekansh : Doctor Pinky she is my wife and after her arrival only I started feeling life is beautiful. But god called her earlier. I wasn’t able to save my wife. I am a big failure Doctor….Police Department not need my service, they says I am a patient who is insane .
Pinky ; Mr. Ekansh you tried all ways to save her. You are a brave police officer and those criminals kidnapped your wife . You and your team took best efforts but unfortunately they ended her life mercilessly. But those criminals got arrested , they are punished . So ..
Ekansh ; So what Doctor ? Do I need to forget my wife ?

She is in your heart Ekansh and she is there existing as soul. By leading a depressed life you are not just giving pain to yourself you are giving pain to your wife also.
Ekansh became silent and looked her
Pinky : Please calm down and take rest . It’s necessary for your health. One who is suffering depression first should understand the fact that depression is just a state of mind it’s not a disease, it’s not a failure. Those who hurts you with harsh words ….Ekansh this world is not a bed of roses. We need to face good and bad both are part of life. These hard times are happening in your life for testing how much you are strong. Ekansh closed his eyes and Pinky covered his body with blanket
Next day morning Ekansh wakes up and he was surprised to see Pinky sitting there.
Ekansh : Doctor you didn’t sleeped ?
Pinky smiled and said : I can sleep well today because yesterday night you sleeped so peacefully Mr. Ekansh. Now I am sure you will be cured completely.
They both looked each other without saying anything.
Meanwhile Mehak who was watching them from a distance smiled and said
Now my Ekansh has started understanding the value of life. Now onwards I won’t come in your dreams Ekansh …You have to handle yourself and Dr. Pinky will surely bring magic in your life. All the best my sweetest husband .
She looked him emotionally and said ; Good bye Ekansh
Ekansh took a deep breath and screamed ; Mehak!!
Pinky : What happened Ekansh ?
Ekansh : I felt Mehak is calling me. She just held my hand and all of a sudden she left …Mehak !!! Mehak!!

Pinky held his hand and made him to lie down at bed
After few days
Ekansh : Thank you Pinky for everything you did.

Ekansh : Better. I am thinking about joining back to work.

Pinky : Toh ek selfie ho jaaye Dosti ke naam ?
Ekansh nodded his head.
