Mira is worried for her weight, hoping she will get her normal size after delivery. Mira then tell Agasthya about her plans for her baby. He listen on, he he was about to talk to her, she screams in pain. He yell for Shayma & Biji, they rush with her to the hospital.
Balraj is pacing up & down, Biji come out & talk to them in mute while she take Agasthya with her.
Deepika & her sis is so happy that a baby will be in the house, Aloka yell at them both, but the continue the baby will be like Ani, Nandini arriver & heard and walk away.
Biji arrive home, while Mira curse Mira. Aloka instigate Biji that Balraj will do something once this baby is born & they both know how Balraj is. Biji is left thinking.
A lawyer

come & give Balraj some paper at the hospital, he run the lawyer out, & he goes into the room, he then send Shayma out & force Mira to sign the papers, saying she must so she took the pen. While Balraj thinks now everything belong to him, in pain Mira try to sign, eventually a nurse comes in.
Nandini is sad in her room while Shayma enter telling her she know she must be feeling sad.Nandini told her when she would be playing with the baby, that would be Ani & Mira baby, That’s a result of Ani’s betrayal. Shyama try to make her understand saying we can’t change what happened & she should think about her life. She then ask about Neil, Nandini then remember Neil tell her he always think about her, & have always remember her, how much he loves her. She then told Shayma she did talk to Neil but after that night she doesn’t want to talk about it. Shyama wishes to same also, as she remember Mongia. Nadini ask what happen that night.
The doctor then ask Mira what form are those? Mira said its hospital forms, but the doctor replied she would be having a normal baby, Mira is shocked while Balraj looks on & grab the paper saying the receptionist probably made a mistake, she said it can’t be.
Nandini again ask Shayma what happen that night? Shayma thinks of that night, Nandini assure her she can help her if anything. Shayma tell Nandini if she want to help then never ask her about that night.
Mira is in pain, while the doctor want the paper that Balraj have wanting to know who wanted Mira to have a C-Section, Balraj cover up & then the doctor tell him to go outside. He angrily leave
