The episode starts with Doctor informing Ram that this night is crucial for Pihu and only in the morning we will know if she is fine. Priya sits at Pihu’s bedside….the song plays tujhse naraaz nahin zindagi hairaan hun main….plays while she recalls little Pihu. Juhi comes and looks at Pihu. Cady recalls Pihu. Sammy recalls telling Pihu that he loves someone else. Next morning, everyone awaits for Pihu to gain consciousness. Doctor comes and checks Pihu. Doctor tells Ram that Pihu is out of danger now. Ram takes a sign of relief. Priya smiles and kisses on Pihu’s forehead. Suhani thinks everything have happened because of me. She blames herself and thinks she can’t be selfish. I will not let this happen. She comes to Sammy, Sammy tells her that I am responsible
Ram asks Vikram to inform Neha that Pihu is fine. Vikram says ok. Sammy comes with Cady. Ram gets angry on seeing him. Priya signs him to relax. Sammy sits at her bedside and says you can’t force me to love you. I hope you will respect my love being my best friend. Ram tells Sammy that I will ask Pihu, how this have happened. And asks Sammy to pray for himself. Sammy gets scared. Priya tells Sammy that we are shaken up and asks him not to feel bad for Ram’s sayings. She asks him not to mind if Ram says anything. Suhani recalls Pihu’s accident. Priya comes and apologizes to Suhani for scolding her. Suhani says it is okay. I didn’t feel bad. Priya says this house is yours too and asks her to say if she needs anything. She promises that she will support her. Suhani hugs her and cries.
Ram shouts at servants. Priya comes and asks, what happened. Ram says I was searching something. Pihu says you were searching Pihu’s childhood. She will be fine soon and asks Ram to smile and not to be upset. She says I know you are angry on Sammy but he can’t be wrong as he is Neha and Vikram’s son. She says he was the reason for our together. Ram smiles. Priya says we have issues to be resolved but what matters to us is Pihu’s well being. Ram says I was strong when you was in Coma. Sid tells Juhi to meet Pihu. Mayra asks Juhi to meet Pihu. Juhi says I will meet her after she gains consciousness. Juhi comes to Pihu’s room and peeps inside her room. Priya tells her Pihu will be fine soon. Priya says Pihu have two mothers. juhi says I couldn’t sleep entire night. I was stressed about her. Priya asks Juhi to meet Pihu and says no one can stop you from meeting Pihu. Mayra cries for Pihu. Priya says she will be fine soon. juhi goes to sit at Pihu’s bedside.
Vikram asks Ram to smile as Pihu is fine now. Ram says I was worried about her. Vikram says Pihu is the happiness of this house and says Pihu is going to be my daughter in law soon. Suhani prays to God to hide the truth. Sammy is calling Suhani. Cady comes and snatches his mobile. She asks, you have called Suhani so many times and asks Sammy to tell the truth. She asks him to share what is going on? She opines, is Suhani responsible for Pihu’s accident. Sammy says we are responsible for Pihu’s accident. he says when Pihu came to know about the truth then she acted weirdly. He says I love Suhani and not Pihu. Cady is shocked.
