The episode starts with Daadi falls unconscious. All Poddar family ladies rush her to hospital.
Sidhi feeds Moksh breakfast while he is busy playing mobile phone. Rohan comes and angrily asks Moksh to sign cheque book. Moksh says he will not. Rohan gets more angry. Kadambari asks Moksh to sign and he does.
Doc informs Reeti and other Poddar ladies that daadi got brain tumor and needs to be operated in the morning ASAP. Reeti asks expense and he says 3-3.5 lakhs. Reeti goes to Kadambari’s house and tells her that to save Daadi’s life, she will accept all her conditions. Kadambari asks what conditions. Reeti says she is ready to marry her son. Reeti asks what if she changes her mind after daadi’s operation, so she wants to sign contract papers and says she will
Reeti picks pen with shivering hands and reminisces her marriage with Vibhor, their marriage, nok jhok, Vibhor taking promise that she will be with his family whatever it happens. She thinks during these tough times, she has to sacrfice herself and signs papers. Kadambari says she is Mehta family bahu now and will not work outside, should forget Poddar word, and get ready to live a new life. She then gives money and asks her to come back soon after daadi’s operation.
At hospital, Prabha tells Megha that it is not easy to get money and Reeti is not understanding it. Reeti comes and says she brought money and asks Megha to give this money to receptionist and asks to arrange for operation. Prabha asks how did she get so much money. Reeti thinks if she tells truth, Prabha will not accept money, so she has to lie to save daadi’s life. She says it is her money, she got 1 year’s advance salary. Prabha asks she started working just now, then how can she get 1 year salary advance. Reeti says her employers are good people and understood her problem.
Moksh plays with toys in his room. Kadambari comes and says she brought a gift for him. He asks if she brought new toy. She says new doll, shows Reeti’s pic and asks if she is good. He nods yes. She says she will get him married to this doll and doll will stay with him forever. He looks at Reeti’s pic carefully and repeats doll..
Precap: Kadambari gives red bangles to Prabha and says she brought it to her would be bahu Reeti. Prabha tells Reeti that she is her bahu and should do what she says.
