Inspired by the passion and skill displayed by these young souls, Badshah established the ‘Dharavi Dream Project,’ a special studio aimed at empowering these aspiring artists to embrace and master the art form and culture of hip-hop. The rapper was deeply moved by witnessing the kids expressing their hearts out, breaking the barriers of societal limitations.

Recently appearing as a guest on India’s Best Dancer, he was deeply impressed by contestant Norbu Tamang’s skills, giving him the affectionate Punjabi nickname “Norbinder” to celebrate his shining performance.
