The Episode starts with Kanku calling Anandi and asking her to come. Anandi looks here and there and goes. Khim ji and Ratan hide. Anandi thinks to go fast for lunch and says Kanku must be waiting for me for lunch. Madhav calls Kanku and asks where is her project. She says she couldn’t do the project. He says he is the project head and shall talk to the principal. Kanku laughs and says you don’t know any acting. Madhav asks Kanku, why she didn’t pick the call. Kanku says badi Nani maa was there. She says she didn’t catch us chatting. Madhav asks her to tell her that they will be together in future. Anandi waits for Kanku and looks for her. Kanku says I shall go, Anandi must be waiting for me. Madhav asks her to wait. Kanku asks him to leave her hand and says Anandi is waiting for
Ratan and Khim ji are returning home. Ratan says we should have meet her once and says she might agree to return with us. Khim ji says we know our daughter well, we shall stand by her, and says may be our prayers and love support her in this toughest time.
Anandi says bade bhaiyya is troubling Kanku didi and asks him to leave her hand. Kanku says Anandi. Anandi says I will complain to Principal, he knows me well. Madhav says Principal knows me too and asks her to ask Kanku who is he? Kanku says he is my project head. Anandi goes on scolding him and says if he gets punished, then nobody will do this. Madhav bends down on his knees and apologizes. Anandi forgives him and goes with Kanku for lunch.
Maadi Baa asks Sejal to make food and says Mehul Bhai and his family will come. Sejal says I forgot to make curd. Maadi Baa asks her to ask Jigar to bring curd. Kanku, Jigar and Anandi come back from school. Sejal asks him to bring curd. Jigar refuses to bring curd and says he is very tired. Anandi offers to bring and asks for money. She promises on God that she will not escape. Maadi Baa asks Anandi not to run, else old lady like me and her thakur ji will be troubled. Jigar and Kanku laughs. Anandi doesn’t smile and says I will go carefully. Maadi Baa says when this girl will laugh. Anandi sees a puppy and take it in her lap. She thinks she has to return soon. Someone bursts the crackers, puppy gets scared and runs.
Mehul Bhai and his wife come to Prem ji’s house. Prem ji welcomes them. Sejal does their aarti. Mehul’s wife greets her with a hug. Sejal asks where is their son Anand. Mehul says he came with us, but stopped seeing the colorful shops. Anand is seen taking pics of the shops. Mehul’s wife tells that Anandi is born in America, but his heart is pure Indian. She says he likes clay art etc. Anand talks to the shop keeper and asks him to show clay pot. He asks the shop keeper to hold it and takes its pic. Anand finds the puppy scared and thinks to keep him on the safe place. Anandi also looks at it and thinks to keep it to safe side. They both run towards the puppy and hold it together. Anand and Anandi look at the puppy. Anand sees a car about to hit them. He takes puppy in his hands and also makes Anandi move from the car’s way. They fall down. Some villagers come to them and help them get up. Anand asks Anandi if she is fine? Anandi checks her curd packet and says thank god, curd packet is fine else I have to go back again to buy it. He laughs and talks to the puppy in English. Anandi thinks again English.
Mehul holds his wife’s hand and tells about her father. He says her father is a colonel and tells an incident. His wife says he asked Papa if he drinks. Papa laughed, and tells Prem ji that his friend is very naughty. Mehul says I need to be naughty to keep my wife happy. Maadi Baa says they are showing PDA of their love. Diwari thinks they are out from hindi films. Anandi asks Anand if he likes puppy. He says yes. He introduces himself as Anand. Anandi gets surprised and says add e ki matra after your name, and says Anandi. He says hi Anandi, nice to meet you. Anandi shakes hand with him.
Voiceover: Compassion and love are natural in children. The sharing of these feelings often leads to a deeper friendship.
Precap: Mehul’s wife likes Anandi and says she is lovely. Anand says her name resembles my name. Jigar and Anand ask Anandi to give one piece of snack/sweet. Anandi looks at the plate and sees only one piece in it. She gets tensed.
