Scene 1:
Location: Bani’s place
Rajji is shocked to hear about her divorce. All are tensed. She barely composes herself, and asks them to eat, while she goes to rinse the plates. all are tensed to see rajji affceted like this. bindal asks bani’s father, if this is very hasty. Desho too agrees. Nirvel says that they dont want her to take the descision altogether rightaway, but rajji should clear everything in her head, if seperation from rajji is actually what she wants, and it if is it, then divorce is the only option, and if it has to happen, there’s no point delaying it. Bani’s father says that its better now than delaying later, only after rajji pronounced her descision, and just wants rajji to decide to if she wants to stay alone, or with soham. biji

agrees with the men, and says that they would have to find what rajji wants. She says that the lord would only decide the fate of both the sisters’ marriage. He says thta he wont force their descision, but would force rajji to take a descision. inside, rajji is distraught remembering what she heard, and is highly at unrest, remembering her night with him, and his calling bani the next morning. Because of her restlessness, rajji throws the utensils, and is brought back to senses, wondering that she never thought that it would come to this, and how is she supposed to react to this.

Scene 2:
Location: Soham’s place
Soham is super angry at rajji’s behaviour, and asks gugi and kuki to never try this stunt again, as he doesnt have anything to do with rajji again. Soham leaves. simran asks what happened. they narrate everything to simran, who is tensed. later, gugi and kuki argue that its a lame plan, and blame one another. Gugi says that their efforts are in vain, as there’s no hope. Kuki says that soham would listen to his heart and sys that she has another idea. Gugi is tensed, thinking whats it this time. Later, soham is searching for some papers, and asks kuki to help him, search them, as its really important. Soham finds them, and finds a gift inside. He opens it to find a scarf, and wonders whose is it and whats it doing here. Kuki says that rajji got it for her. Soham asks why she didnt give it to her. Soham is told about his anger at her wearing the anklet that he had got for bani. Kuki apologises in her mind to soahm, that he intentionally kept the papers with this, so that he sees this and is reminded of rajji. Soham throws it on the floor, saying that its good that she didnt give, as he doesnt need such useless things. Kuki is tensed at her reaction.

Scene 3:
Location: Parmeet’s place
As surjit is working, bani comes to assist her. As parmeet is about to leave, bani calls out to him. Parmeet says that she cant refrain from interefering in her life. bani tells him tht he had promised that he would take her to her place. parmeet asks how did he even think of this, and asks her to go if she wishes to, and never return back, for his sake. parmeet leaves, while bani is distraught. surjit asks whats she trying to do. Bani says that he may have forgotten his promise, but she would make him fulfill his promise come what may. Surjit reminds her the position of women in this house, and asks her to give up, but bani is still adamant.

In the evening, bani thinks that she cant go without parmeet, but he is nowhere to be seen. The servant says that he isnt at home. Bani is tensed and thinks tht whenever he returns hjome, she would talk to him, and take him alongwith her, to her home. she waits for parmeet to arrive,w hile its increasingly turning late in the night. The sound of the car driving in, excites bani and she rushes to go outside to meet him. She opens the door and runs to him. She tells him about the promise, and is again talking about how she wants to go with him, but he asks her to shut up, as he doesnt give to damn to her and her family. He says that he wont go, and asks if she’s mad or deaf. Finally bani sees that parmeet has come home in an inebriated state, bani asks him not to take alcohol. He defiantly says that he would, and she shouldnt dare stop him. bani asks him to calm down, and tries to handle him, but he shoves her away. she asks him to support himself and not torture himself, even if he doesnt want to talk to her. he asks her to let go, as how dare he touch her. He again jerks her away, when she tries to come closer, causing her to hit her head on the ground. Blood starts gushing out. Bani is hurt and in pain. He coems to bani and says that he deserves this, and is worth this only. he asks her not to come in front of her, and now tht she has doen this, she would have to bear the consequences. he reminds her that there’s no relation between her and him, and she is allowed inside only because of dadaji, or he wouldnt have let in, even her shadow. he says that she is worth just the house furniture, who dont say anything or interfere. bani is hurt at his behaviour. he leaves inside, while bani is distraught. Bani turns towards the door, and enters the house. As she comes to their room inside, she is distraught, as she eyes, the closed door, behind which parmeet’s shadow is visible to her. she resigns herself and collapses on the bed, in uncontrollable tears, as she eyes the wound on her head. parmeet comes and sternly sleeps on his side of the bed. She lies down on the bed, tensed at her life and the situation that she is in.The screen freezes on her face.

Precap: Parmeet is reprimanded by the NGO members, who have come with police, accusing parmeet of domestic violence, while the entire family is surprised, as bani stands with the wound on her head. they are shocked when they find that its rajji who has brought them here.
