Scene 1:
Location: Parmeet’s place
bani is highly tensed and sad, and thinks how can she make such a mistake in recognising Parmeet, and if it was him, then why didnt he come home. she thinks that her heart still says that its paremeet.
Scene 2:
Location: Soham’s place
Soham believes bani, and thinks that either her in laws’ dont know anything, or they are hiding the truth. whatever be the case, he is determined to find out for bani’s sake. Rajji comes and curtly lies on the bed.
The next morning, kuki gives an encounter but in illegible and incomprehensible english, about where rajji was with soham yesterday, and irritates Buaji. when rajji comes out, buaji taunts her for sleeping so late and takes it in account, and asks her how
Scene 3:
Location: In the city
Soham comes with guggi in amritsar, he tells guggi that he’s here to find out about parmeet. guggi is puzzled. Soham explains what had happened. Soham says that they would have to find the truth, by asking the people, if he was actually here, eyeing the photo of bani with parmeet in his hand. He starts his investigation, but in vain. Finally they reach the visa and passport office, and property dealers, and is surprised to see what he finds there.
Buaji asks if she would have to fast or she gets breakfast. rajji instantly goes to get food for buaji. Angad and simran are surprised where has soham gone so early morning. rajji offers to call soham and find out. She gives fod to buaji and she starts to eat. Rajji calls up soham and rajji hesitatingly asks where is he, as all are tensed. Soham says that he’s out for some work, but guggi asks where would they go now, and if to bani’s place. Rajji hears this and is tensed. rajji says that bani is her sister and she’s happy that he’s working for her. rajji says that he doesnt have to hide anything, as she would be happy for bani. Rajji lies to the family that he has gone to the market for some work, and would come in the evning, and wouldnt be able to go to the fields.
Scene 4:
Location: Parmeet’s place
soham comes and is greetd by bani and her family, who welcome him, and asks the reason of his visit. Soham grows tensed, and says that he found out about parmeet in the city, and says that after much investigation, he found that someone from his family, came to sell a plot, and bani too says that she saw parmeet. He tries to put woprds to say the obvious, but Dadaji says that it was randeep and not Parmeet. As adadji asks Randeep what he talked to the property dealer. Reandeep visibly fumbles and says that he forgot to tell that the deal has been finalised. Dadaji says to soham that misunderstandings can arise, and thank him for going to the extreme effort for helping them out. soham excuses himself, and randeep and kuljeet go to leave him outside. Dadaji eyes manpreet surreptitiously. She asks bani to go to her room and rest as she must be tired. bani complies. dadaji is in a rage.
The lads tell soham not to go to this trouble again, as bani is their responsibility now, and asks him not to create any more misunderstandings. Soham leaves. Kuljeet asks randeep why was he talking like that. randeep says that he has no business poking his nose into their affairs. Kuljeet says that its true that he found out what they didnt. Randeep says that an outsider cant decide wht goes on in their life. kuljeet reminds him that soham isnt an outsider but their relative only. randeep is silenced.
Inside, Dadaji asks manpreet why was she lying to him. when dadaji knows that he hasnt called for six days, he deduces that he didnt call since he got to know about the property transfers in his name. Dadaji says that parmeet came and sold all properties in his name and has gone back too. Manpreet is tensed and surprised too. He says that he betrayed his won family members, and that it was his mistake only, as parmeet knew that he would get his property only if he’s married, and therefore he agreed to marrying bani and behaved nicely too. manpreet says that parmeet wont do this. He says that there’s no other explanation for this and that he was hasty in his descision,. and he should have known parmeet, settled in canada wouldnt have agreed to marry an indian girl, if not for an ulterior motive. manpreet still says that her parmeet cant do this, and if he did this, then it must have been his helplessness. Bani comes with water, while manpreet composes himself. Dadaji leaves, and bani is scared if he’s angry at her. Manpreet says that he isnt angry at her, and asks her not to lose hope as everything would be alright. bani leaves tensed.
Scene 5:
Location: Soham’s place
Rajji and kuki get water for Soham and guggi. simran asks where had he gone and if he had anything to eat. Buaji taunts that soham doesnt have any reason to be here, hence he went, and soham all the more has a reasonj of not being here, pointing at rajji. Rajji is tensed.
Scene 6:
Location: Parmeet’s place
Manpreet is very scared for bani and believeing her all the more. Surjit says that maybe he has returned back. manpreet says that they would have to search for parmeet, and then she would make him understand, for the sake of bani’s life and happiness. They are unaware that bani has come there too. They are tensed if she has heard anything. The screen freezes on manpreet’s face.
Precap: Rajji says to her parents on the phone, that she is doing exactly what he had been instructed to and that she is slowly winning them over, and making a place for herself in the family. Rajji is distracted, by buaji who hears all this, and intentionally hits her leg at a vase kept on the floor, and raises a hue and cry over it. Rajji instantly cancels the phone, and asks Buaji if she’s alright. Buaji tauntingly says that she doesnt need to give false info to her family, as the test hasnt even properly begun yet.
