The Episode starts with Maa explaining Bondita about regarding husband as Lord. Bondita questions her innocently. Maa smiles and asks how do you think of all this. Bondita feels hungry. Maa says you can’t eat anything now, your fast is until marriage. She tickles her and makes her laugh. She says neighbor lady will adorn you. Bondita asks can’t you adorn me. Maa says I wish, let me see you well. She thinks I have to lie to her, else she won’t be ready for the marriage. She says I will come after few days, once rituals complete. Bondita says come with me. Maa says this isn’t in my fate to see your marriage, but you get decked up well. Bondita says no, you sit with me. Maa says I can’t come. Bondita asks why, I won’t go then. She goes. Maa stops her. Bondita says send baraat back. Maa
Bondita says fine, I will get married, you can at least see my marriage happening. Maa cries. Anirudh says I will propose Mini today. Batuk says she will agree. Munshi asks Trilochan to bless him, he is going to get Saurabh’s wife. Binoy says I can’t come, I have a meeting. Trilochan scolds Munshi and asks him to buy a gift by money. Anirudh says Saurabh is my friend, I will come and give the gift in marriage. Munshi thanks him and goes.
Binoy says you had to talk to Mini. Anirudh says yes, I will come back and talk to her. Somnath says I will make arrangements. Anirudh says the relation is fixed by fate, it can’t break. Mama says Bondita will get angry seeing old groom. Mami says she will be unconscious after eating this spiked kheer. He asks how will she eat, she is fasting. She says I know, food is her weakness, she will break the fast and eat kheer. They smile.
Mini plays the piano. Anirudh comes and hugs her. He flirts. She says I can see love in your eyes, you can’t break my heart. He says I don’t trust myself, I do something unthinkable. She laughs. She asks him to show his madness. He gets close. She runs away. Bairi piya…..plays…. They have a moment. She falls in his arms. Her shoe gets torn. She says until you tell me your feelings, I won’t wear this. He asks why. She says I m also mad, I have waited a lot to hear this, don’t make me wait today, else my heart will break. He smiles.
Anirudh comes in Saurabh’s marriage. He sees the old groom and asks about rituals. Munshi says that’s the groom. Anirudh asks is it any widow’s marriage. He thinks our world will change if marriage can happen in this age, thinking will change by such people. Bondita gets ready as the bride. Mami comes and says your husband will fill your maang and make you lucky. Bondita asks what’s that. Mami says you would be hungry. She gives her kheer. Bondita asks why are you asking me to break rules today. Mami says so that you remember my love, not scolding, eat the kheer. Sampoorna comes and says you didn’t feed me the kheer, I m elder and have first right to eat it. Mami thinks Sampoorna will faint if she eats the kheer. She says no, you can’t eat this now, your rasam mahurat has started, Bondita is a kid, you follow the rules. Sampoorna says fine. Mami says don’t tell anyone, mum’s love is mum’s love, right. Bondita nods. Mami sends Sampoorna and feeds kheer to Bondita. She thinks now Bondita will faint and become that old man’s wife.
