Scene 1
Suman tells Shagun to not hit Krish as he is their heir. Shagun says so she should send him back to his father who is abusive and she can rot here. Ashok says you have no manners, you couldn’t be a good daughter but at least be a good mother. Shagun says she is trying but my son is asking for my defeat, I won’t bow down to that Vidyut.
Krish has a high fever and crying for Vidyut. Avani takes care of him and asks him to eat something but he says he just wants to meet with his father. Avani prays in the mandir and says serving Krish makes her happy, he is dying of hunger but isn’t even eating anything. She calls Vidyut and says she is ready to make him meet with Krish for her sake. Lets meet at the river. She takes Lord’s blessings and says she can’t see Krish in pain so she has to do this. Suman comes there so Avani tells her to talk to Shagun but she says Vidyut did wrong so she can’t force her. Avani says she wanted to take Krish out and show him around. Suman says Shagun can take him out but Shagun says she can take him, she tells Avani to just remember that he is her son. Avani nods and leaves.
Avani comes to Krish and asks him to come with her, they are going to meet his father. He thanks her.
Avani and Krish are going to meet with Vidyut.
Shikhar is meeting with Varma’s clients and trying to sell them his deals. He calls Avani, she takes it so he asks where is she? she says she is out in the market. He tells her to prepare for the opening well, she says yes and ends the call. Avani brings Krish to the river where Vidyut is waiting so Krish runs to him and hugs him, he says I missed you a lot. Vidyut says I missed you too, he cries and talks to him. Avani sees them and is emotional. She says they should leave now. Krish says he doesn’t want to leave him, Vidyut promises to meet with him later on. Avani and Krish start leaving but Shikhar arrives there and shouts Avani.
Rudra tells Anika that he liked her mom in the shop, she seems like a woman who take care of her family. Anika says her mom is talented and can even run her own business but she doesn’t do it because of papa. Rudra says she doesn’t do it because she loves your father and wants to be available for her family. Anika says people take women foregranted because they take care of everything. Rudra says a woman’s job is to take care of her family and mothers who work, their kids suffer. Anika says mothers who arent’ financially independent, their kids suffer too. Rudra asks if she shared her stories with her mother? did your mother always receive you? Anika says I understand but financial independence is also important. Rudra gets angry and says its not important, its selfish and women like them don’t deserve to be mothers. Anika asks if he is okay? he nods.
Shikhar glares at Vidyut as Shagun arrives there, she says I told you that she meets with him behind our backs and she doesn’t care about our honor at all. She even brought Krish here. The flashback shows how Shagun called Shikhar. Shikhar pushes Vidyut aside and drags Avani from there. Shagun asks Krish to come with her, she drags him from there as he cries for Vidyut.
Shikhar drags Avani home. Suman asks what happened? Shikhar says you lied to everyone and went behind our backs? Ashok asks what happened? Shagun says she crossed her limits, you know where she went? she lied to us and took Krish to meet with Vidyut. All are shocked. Shagun says Krish is my son and no one has a right to take any decision about him. She tells everyone to see her real face now. Avani says I couldn’t see Krish’s condition that’s why I took him. Shagun says stop it, you just don’t like me staying here that’s why you are doing this. Avani says not at all, she wants her to reconcile with Vidyut though. Shagun says your brother never supported me. Shikhar tells Avani to shut up, I told you to not do this. I supported you before but you made me embarrassed today. Suman tells her that she is wrong this time. Avani tells Shagun that she can’t his son away from him. Shagun says it was my only chance to get him to listen to me, you spoiled everything. Shikhar consoles her and says your brother is with you. Shagun says only you understand me. Anika is sad hearing all that. Shagun tells Shikhar that she can’t bear all this so she won’t come to his opening. Shikhar says he promised her to open his shop. Shagun says she has a condition, he says just ask for anything. She says Avani won’t come to her ribbon-cutting ceremony. Avani is shocked hearing that.
