“ Mr Nikhil Singhaniya…. I need this done means I need it and I’ll not back off from my decision….if not you I’ll find some other Dr..”- said the lady to doc shouting and starts to walk from there but stops seeing two people who came hearing the shouts….
“Laksh..Ragini…come in… I really needed you guys” Nikhil said to the people who were staring at the lady who was standing with a irritated face… their gaze shifted to her slightly swollen baby bump…
Laksh: any problem nik??? And you girl…why are you shouting??don’t u know this is a hospital??
Nikhil: I tried my best to make her understand laksh….but she is too adamant in having abortion….
Ragini: what???…why???…(to the girl)…how could you even think of that???are you…
The girl: (interupts)..oh pls….dont start your lecture…I’ve already heard a lot from this doc…if you people can convice this doc do it… I want to get rid of this thing and tha….. before completing she received a tight slap from ragini who was staring her with red eyes…
“Ragini..” screamed Laksh and Nikhil who didn’t expect such a move from her eventhough both were angry hearing her words…..
The girl looked at them and felt her head getting heavy, all she could see was Laksh rushing to her…

Ragini was dialing someone from the girl’s phone…
“now what do you want Swara??” she heard a anger filled voice from otherside…
Ragini: Hello…Mr. Sanskar???
Sanskar: who’s this???
Ragini:…this is Dr.Ragini Gadodia from City Hospital…I called to inform that ur wife…
Sanskar(stern voice filled with woe which ragini could sense):..she WAS my wife Dr…and pls if it’s about her pregnancy…then pls call the child’s father NOT ME ok…
Ragini:..hello???.. she heard a bang sound from which she could understand that he has threw away the phone… she turned to Laksh and Nikhil and then looked at Swara who was sleeping with a pale face that had mark of her slap….
Laksh: What happened ragu???
Ragini:…nothing….just…how can anyone think of killing their kid laksh……(in tears)maybe they don’t know the importance of kids in life…why god is giving this luck to people who don’t deserve??
Laksh:(was confused hoe to console her)..ragu….calm down….
Nikhil (who was till now thinking deeply about something): Laksh….Ragini….can I suggest something??(raglak turns to him confused)…hmmm…Laksh…why cant u people adopt this child…I mean….seeing her todays attitude I think even if I deny she will find someother way…so…
Laksh:but…..
Ragini:…laksh….i think…nik is right….maybe we can save a life from being killed….
Laksh:hmmm…
Soon Swara gained consciousness and Raglak and Nikhil discussed this matter with her and she didn’t said anything against bcuz even she wanted something like that…….
They decided to take her with them Laksh called Sanskar to inform this matter but he felt sans was unaffected…

Next day….
Sanskar drove Swara to Laksh’s residence…….On leaving raglak clearly read his face which was showing his care and love for for her alongwith the despair of feeling betrayed…but one person was looking unaffected and had a stone face…..
Trio looked at his disappearing figure…
Laksh: Swara….ur room is downstairs and inform…
Without waiting for more talks she walked towards the room laksh pointed…. Raglak looked eachother and then to her door……

Both couples were in their own world….. Ragini was thinking whether if she missed something..bcuz she could feel some different emotion in Swaras eyes…. Laksh went to hospital as he had an impt case to attend……
And swasan…….both were in their dreamland….remembering their sweet days………..
3years ago……

Sanskar was waiting for the traffic to clear…He was getting impatient as it has been a long time he has being waiting….. He came out of the car to find the reason for the block….. He found three people fighting and before he could reach there he saw a girl coming there (of course our swara)…
Sanskar (monologue): What the….. this girl want to die or what??? Is she going to interfere ???
“STOPPPPP” he heard her shouting and decided to watch what she is going to do…..
Swara (to the people fighting): if you want to fight go and beat eachother somewhere else you mad people…..why the hell are you fighting in road…if I miss my class then I swear I’ll kill u all…now if you want to fight in the road itself then let that bus go and then start YOU IDIOTS…….
The three people was stunned hearing a sudden word attack and they came into senses when police dragged them for creating public nuisance……
Soon the traffic cleared and he drove off….
He reached his college and went to his class in a hurry as he was little late…but thank to his luck..prof had not come or else he would have to hear a lot for coming late…. Soon he settled with his friends…
He heard a sound of someone hitting the desk and looked up to find the same girl in his class…
Sanskar( to his friend):…sahil….who is that???
Sahil:…OMG….. the great Sanskar is asking about a girl…what happened???(with a teasing smile) Sanskar:nothing……now don’t think anything else in your stupid brain….its just… I didn’t see her last year…so…
Sahil:….for that you have to take ur eyes off from books dear son…..(Seeing sanskar glaring him)ahh…ok… she is Swara….my Kavis bestfriend… and he looks with a blushing smile at a girl who was giggling and talking with Swara…who were busy in theirown world forgetting that there was someone called professor in the class…
Sanskar shakes his head seeing Sahil lost and concentrated on the lecture after passing a smile at Swara……..
College Canteen
Arjun and Sanskar was controlling their laugh seeing Sahil who was looking at Kavita with an angry pout who was still talking with her bestfriend forgetting about the one who is waiting for her…..
Sahil:..ahhh….this is not fair….(walks towards swakavs table) how much will you two talk????
Swara:….what how much???…The break just started….so…if you want to talk to my friend wait…hai na kavi(with a teasing smile)…
Sahil:no….i can’t wait anymore…..come kavi….. he pulls Kavitha by her right hand but…
Swara(pulling her other hand)…..no….she is my kavi….
Sahil:….she is my gf…
Swara:first my friend…then ur gf…so I’ve more rights…
Sahil:(with a sad pout)…ahhh….swara……
Swara(laughing):haha…ok…freedom granted….(stands to go) sorry for wasting ur time kavi…
And she leaves smiling……
Back to present….
Swaras thoughts broke hearing the knocks at the door….
She opened the door to find ragini..
Ragini:…Swara….its quiet late…come…have anything….
Swara(dryly): I’m not hungry…
Ragini:…swara…pls eat anything…u’ve not had….
Swara: leave me alone Ms.
Ragini(concerned filled voice): but swara…its not good….
Swara(shout):STOP BEHAVING LIKE U ARE CONCERNED FOR ME…..WHY CANT U UNDERSTAND..IF I DON’T WANT TO EAT NOW MEANS I DON’T WANT……. NOW PLS LEAVE ME ALONE….NO NEED TO SHOW FAKE CONCERN…
She shuts the door hard and ragini turned to see laksh who looked angry…
Ragini:…Laksh…
Laksh: (angry) How dare she raise her voice on you??????
Ragini:…its okay laksh….. come …..lets have dinner…..she will have when she feels so….
She drags him not letting him to speak further……
One week passed… there was not enough communication between Swaraglak…. Swara spend most of the time in the room itself and just came to have food sometimes or that also she have in the room itself……..
One day night……………..
Swara couldn’t sleep bcuz of growling stomach….she came out of the room and stood at the hall not knowing where the kitchen is….
“towards right” she looked up to find ragini standing at the stairs..
Ragini: Kitchen…towards right….
Swara moved without waiting a minute….
She opened the fridge and her eyes twinkled seeing a lot of icecream packs… But she heard ragini from back.
:no ice creams at night ur food is kept at the hotpot….
She turned and saw ragini who came and closed the fridge and laksh who just came behind ragini…
Swara started eating her favourite Aloo puri and Paneer and was just looking like a kid…raglak was just staring her…bcuz the girl sitting infront of them hadn’t the attitude she had in these week and now was behaving like a kid…… but all the time she had a cute pout and was continuously looking towards the refrigerator with her corner eyes…
By the time she finished eating Ragini with a small smile kept a bowl filled with 5 scoops of icecream each of different flavours….
Swara:Thank you so much…. She gleamed in delight seeing the ice creams…..
Swara started talking to them forgetting that they were complete strangers moments ago….
Swara(eating ice cream like a 6yr kid):..hmmmm…….by the way…..i forgot ur names….
Laksh:I’m Laksh Gadodia(swaras smile faded hearing gadodia)..and this is Ragini ga…
Swara(cuts his words):ragini is enough…(mutters)I hate even hearing this gadodia…(raglak heard this but didn’t react)
Hmm…anyways….(back to kid mode) I’ll call you Ragu di….ok….and you(to laksh)…Laksh…no…its too old fashioned….doc…hmm…no…..hmmm…LaksB…. Suddenly swara became silent…
Laksh left all of a sudden hearing swara….
Swara(looking at his disappearing fig): what happened to him….
Ragini:hmmm…nothing swara….just remembered someone……ok now….go and sleep….its too late….
Swara (with puppy eyes): ragu di..pls…..sleep in my room…I don’t feel to sleep alone…..pls…..
Ragini who was confused seeing her behaviour just nodes….and said her that she will come back informing laksh…
Ragini came down to swara… She was sitting on the bed in indian style waiting for her..
Swara: Ragu di….you look too beautiful (with a small smile)
Ragini (smiles shrugging off her thoughts):…Why I’m feeling that you are buttering me???
Swara: Can I sleep in your lap today???
Ragini smiles and sits on the bed resting her back in the headboard… Swara happily placed her her in her lap…she said not to off the bed lamp as she don’t sleep keeping the light on ragini caressed her head….both talked some random stuffs
Ragini:what happened suddenly swara…buttering me…sleeping in lap and all….. Why.. did you remember ur mother????
Swara(who started sleeping murmers): She …is not…. Worth… to be reme….mbered di….its…. bet..ter ….not to…. have a …….mother…….. like….. her….
Ragini looks at swaras face which said something which she didn’t understand… She looked towards the door and found laksh who was watching them leaning to the doorframe…. He came in..
Laksh:what are you thinking ragu???…
Ragini: Are we missing anything laksh…. I feel something….wrong…..
Laksh:don’t think too much and take tension….. now make her sleep properly….its not good to be like this whole night..ur legs may pain…and u too sleep…..i just came to see whether u are ok….
Ragini..: I’m fine….. help me in making her sleep properly….
Laksh nodes and makes both swaragini sleep properly and pulled the comforter over them and left kissing raginis forehead…but ragini couldn’t sleep and was thinking about swaras confusing behaviour…..
“I LOVE YOU SANSKAR”…murmered swara in her sleep…Ragini looked at swara who was cuddling to her who was looking really like a kid……..
“I LOVE YOU TOO SWARA” muttered Sanskar who was sleeping exhausted due to overtime office work….
