Every good thing has to end at the right time. Otherwise the goodness will lose it’s charm.
I still remember when I saw the first promo of Swaragini I told my mom that I’m gonna watch this serial for sure. When the first episode started I fell in love with Ragini’s innocence and Swara’s bubbly nature. They were complete contrast of each other but there was some emotional connection between them. I always wished to have a sister alas when my bro was born I made annoying face to my dad sitting outside the hospital room but I compensated by making him wear my frocks till he gained his wits 😉
So always sister bonding attracted me. I was a huge fan of Ek Hazaro me meri behna hai and Swaragini clicked with me instantly. The thing they are half-sisters was like a bonus.
I wanted see how they will bond with each other to unite their parents and after their parents’ marriage how their bond will go through transition from being friends to being sisters. It hooked me to the story. Even if I missed one episode I used to read the updates or watch the repeat telecast.
Then came the love triangle. That was the time when all the Swaragini fans started dividing themselves. It was really heart breaking for me when both the sisters were going through that phase. I could feel Swara’s pain as well as Ragini’s pain. From there it should have had a different course to move but what were CVs thinking I have no idea they broke the bond which was soul of the serial the Swaragini bond.
Ya one good thing happened for the serial initially struggling SwaSan and painful RagLak and unsuccessful SwaLak and RagSan. Don’t take me wrong but I’m not fan of any particular pair but I’m fan of Swaragini. I stopped watching the serial when these transitions came and the track proved that “Apna apna hotha hai aur Sautela Sautela hotha hai”
But I was never away from it. I kept a track on story by the updates and news.
Then FF’s filled my wishes and gave new dimensions to my wishes. So I started reading the beautiful FFs. I saw fans getting divided into Swara and Ragini fans.
Some SwaLak and RagSan fans; Some SwaSan and RagLak fans.
Then some negative people who love Swara but hate Ragini and some who love Ragini and hate Swara. The concept Swaragini faded and became Swara’s struggle and justification of Ragini.
The producers forgot that it was not Swasan or Raglak. It was Swaragini. It fell, fell and fell miserably after that. A beautiful concept was ripped of due to TRP race.
Now they have decided to end it. I don’t know how much is true in this. But I feel before it gets included in the category of most annoying serial (Currently there is Sasural Simar Ka and Sathiya and not to forget YRKK in this list of mine. You can add more) better we bid a beautiful good bye to the serial and watch the final episodes with peace.
And to all my dear writers I know it is heart breaking news that the show is ending soon, I’m so upset from two three days. I know we will lose many readers and the number of ff’s will go down day by day. Frankly speaking I had planned two stories but I dropped the idea after the news came up. And I’m not able to think anything for my current ffs. The news had such impact on me.
But as I said before all beautiful things had to end at a particular time. So think that way and cheer up guys. And continue writing your beautiful thoughts and please don’t stop the ffs at the half. Your readers loves your stories and they will read it even if the serial goes off air. It is a humble request from me. Let us be SwaRagini again. Forget all this fights and bid a beautiful goodbye to our dearest Swaragini.
Love you Tejaswi and Helly. We will miss you and will be waiting to see you soon on the screen again. All the very best for your future.
If my thoughts hurt anybody I just want to end with this quote “If you think; Everything hurts”
Love you all. Thank you for your precious time. I will complete my stories (with the same pace of course) and bid bye to you all after that. Till then you got to bear me.
