Scene 1
Location: A.H.
Zubair comes up to his room to take something. Down Aliya, Araq and Aayat are having fun. Aayat pours water on Araq purposely. Araq tells, “Aayat you have grown naughty.” Aayat replies, “Then, I am Araq’s sister. I should prove it right?”
Araq: Then I will prove I am Aayat’s brother………
Araq pours water on Aayat… Aliya asks them to stop.
Aliya: Stop it both of you. You both aren’t kids. Behave like matured people…..
Araq: Oh Aliya….. please stop all your lectures….. You are only 21years old, not 60……. Talking always about which is right and wrong……… Why you don’t like to get wet???
Aayat: No bhai, didi loves to get wet in rain….
Aliya: Aayat in rain not like this………
She points at them both. They both are half wet and look a bit horrible.
Araq: Then let me pour water on you….
Aliya: Araq I said I don’t like to get wet now….
Araq: That’s why I am telling that I will pour water………it is really interesting to do something which you tell me not to do so………
Araq and Aayat smirk at each other……. Aliya shouts, “No way…” Aliya runs upstairs…..
Mean while Zubair gets a call. It is from Arohi.
Zubair: Ya tell me Arohi
Arohi: I am sorry to disturb you Zubair. I want to tell you something……
Zubair: Oh come on Arohi…. We both are friends so there is no need for telling sorry, thank you, etc…. no formalities between us……… Okay fine tell me………..
Arohi stammers to tell……….. She tells, “Hmmm Zubair I want to talk to you face to face can we meet somewhere today???
Zubair: hmmm………… okay by 7:30 at your restaurant???
Arohi: Okay……bye
Zubair: bye
Zubair is about to get down, that side Aliya comes running……..He is turned back and Aliya is also turned back. Both notice each other. Aliya collides with Zubair from back. Zubair slips and falls down. Aliya shouts, “ZUBAIR………..”
Everyone rush there. Araq and Ghulam left Zubair to his room. Aliya is teary eyed. Razia calls the doctor. Zubair is in pain. Aliya feels guilty. Razia is crying and Dadi and Aayat try to console her. Doctor arrives. He checks Zubair. He tells, “I think it is fracture. It will be better if we take a scan. If it is going to be fracture, you at least need a month of bed-rest and for next 5 months you should be careful because fracture at this age takes lot of time for the bone to come to a proper position.” Razia starts crying vigorously. Zubair tells, “Mom please stop it. Nothing is there to worry.”
Razia: Nothing to worry? You didn’t listen what doctor said? How could I control myself?
Zubair: He said it might be fracture, it is not yet confirmed….
Doctor: No….. I am sure it is fracture. Just for confirmation I am asking you to take scan.
Razia starts to cry…………. Ghulam takes doctor outside.
Zubair: Mom just relax. Nothing to worry. I will be alright soon.
Shabana takes Razia out along with dadi. Aliya, Aayat and Araq are there with Zubair.
Aayat: Ohhhhhhhhh…………. Jiju you can’t come to Mumbai?
Aliya: Now is this important Aayat?
Zubair: Ho come on Aliya. Please guys don’t have this sympathy face look……….
Araq: Not guys it is only Aliya with sympathy face………
Zubair: Okay leave it of man.
Aayat and Araq leave.
Aliya: I am sorry Zubair. It is because of me you are in this condition.
Zubair: It isn’t like that Aliya………….. Don’t blame yourself. It was written in my fate to happen so it happened. In this you don’t have to blame yourself…………… Now you go to your room and sleep. It is late night.
Aliya leaves. Zubair sees 25 missed calls from Arohi. Zubair tells himself, “Oh shit….” He tries calling Arohi but her phone is switched off. Zubair thinks in his mind, “I am so sorry Arohi……”
Scene 2
Location: At Arohi’s house
Arohi is in her room. She is holding a group photo. In the photo Zubair is between Aliya and Arohi. Arohi is in tears sitting in her dressing table. She recalls waiting for Zubair to propose him. Flashback is shown.
Arohi is waiting Zubair. She looks gorgeous. The manager comes there and greets her.
Manager: Arohi beta….. What a surprise? Have you come alone? Any get together beta?
Arohi: Hmmm….. No uncle. Just waiting for a friend.
Manager: A friend or a boyfriend?
Arohi: Uncle????? Nothing like that but could book a table for us both somewhere separately?
Manger: Okay beta…….. And there is no need for booking. All the tables here are always waiting for you.
He smiles at her and leaves. Arohi blushes thinking about Zubair. Time passes. It is 8 then 9 and 10……… She keeps on tries calling Zubair but he doesn’t picks up the call. Manager comes there.
Manager: Arohi is everything fine?
Arohi: Yes uncle. It is late, I am leaving………. Sorry uncle.
Manager: It’s okay beta. Bye.
Arohi: Bye uncle……….
Arohi and the manager leaves. Arohi comes to Zubair’s house. She sees the house locked. Watchman comes there.
Watchman: Who are you?
Arohi: Hmmm…….. bhai……… Zubair?
Watchman: He and his mom are in Aliya’s house. They left from here at 6:30. Who are you?
Arohi: I am Aliya and Zubair’s friend. I came to meet Zubair. When will they come back?
Watchman: They are not coming home today. They are staying in Aliya’s house for today.
Arohi is in tears.
Arohi: Okay thanks bhai.
She leaves from there.
Flashback ends.
Arohi tells, “I knew it Zubair you won’t come. Though you both call yourselves as friends. I knew it that there is something more than that. And I can’t interfere into this because what right do I have? Why god I am punished like. I am unable to be truthful to my friend as well as to myself? I can’t express my feelings also nor remove it from myself……. I don’t whether I am right or wrong but I am sure of one thing……… that is I LOVE YOU ZUBAIR and I will go to any extent to get you…………
Scene 3
Location: At A.H.
All of them are in Zubair’s room.
Shabana: Aliya why did you call us all here?
Aliya: There is reason ammi.
Araq: That we too knew it my dear sweet little sister.
Shabana: Araq?
Araq: Sorry
Shabana: You tell Aliya beta
Aliya: Mom you all knew that Zubair has got fracture and that is because of me. So I have decided something…………
Shabana: What?
Aliya: I am NOT going to MUMBAI………..
Zubair and Aayat look at her shock…………..
Precap: Aliya and Aayat get ready to leave for Mumbai…….. As they enter Mumbai city Zain feels Aliya’s presence…………….
