Roopa says to family that I didnt cook anything. Dada says we are hungry. Roopa says dont worry, I will make something. Shalini says what? Laddo’s ghost says burnt parathas and bitterguard dish.
Roopa makes Laddo’s favorite dishes and serves it to family. No one eats it. Lata says only Laddo used to eat them but we cant? Roopa says I was missing him, how can we forget his favorite food? I want all of us to eat this in his memory, all get emotional, Lata says okay we will eat it in his memory, no one wants to eat it. Naren see lizard there.. he throws his burnt paratha out of window while all trying to find lizard. Roopa says I will bring more, he says no need. Suzzi silently puts her paratha in Dada’s plate, Dada says I cant even eat mine, Suzzi says you cant do this much
Roopa comes to Lata and says I need your help, I want white saree you gave me in Laddo’s peace pooja. Lata says no you dont have to wear it, I wont wear it when it happens with me, dont take white sheet too, go to sleep, good night, Roopa sadly leaves.
Shalini is sleeping in her room with Jitendra. Roopa comes there in white dress with horrific makeup. She says shhhhh.. Shalini wakes up and sees her, she gets scared and says there is a ghost there, she tries to wake Jitendra and says there is ghost there.. Jitendra says its not new for you,he goes to sleep. Roopa keeps hair infront of her face so Shalini cant recognize her. Roopa turns to leave.. Shalini follows her thinking she is a ghost. Shalini strikes with Lata and says there is a ghost in house. Lata says I thought it was a thief, ghost are your friends so you enjoy, she leaves. Shalini says I am scared. Roopa comes near Shalini as ghost again and holds her hand, Shalini gets terrified and says please leave me. Naren sees Shalini from far, he is on call with friend and says my sister in law is talking with her friends, he leaves. Shalini is scared, Roopa leaves her hand. Shalini says please dont come near me. Roopa throws white pajamas at her, Shalini screams ghost.. ghost.. ghost.. All family members come there and ask what happened? Ramnath sees pajamas and says Shalini you hid it? Shalini says no they fell from roof. Jitendra says you hid it? you are pajama thief? Shalini says I saw ghost here. Lata says you see ghost daily. Roopa comes to Laddo’s ghost, he gets scared seeing her makeup, she says I am Roopa. Laddo’s ghost laughs seeing Shalini’s condition, Roopa says you look nice smiling, you are happy that I fulfilled your wishes? Laddo’s ghost says you didnt fulfill all my wishes, they were just starters, main course of wishes are remaining.
Roopa comes to her room and asks Laddo’s ghost to tell next wish, he asks her to sleep, he will tell tomorrow,she says dont know what it will be.
Scene 2
Roopa wakes up in morning and says where did Laddo’s ghost go? he said he will tell his wishes. She hears Lata screaming. Roopa comes in lounge, Lata says Ramnath dared to hide his wine bottles in my cupboard, Ramnath says you check my cupboard but you wont check your cupboard so it was brilliant idea. Roopa asks Lata to calm down and asks Ramnath why he drinks when Lata doesnt it? Dada says why you drink alone Ramnath? Lata glares at him. Dada says I mean why you drink it Ramnath? Lata says it was empty, it means he drank whole wine bottle, I know he must have hidden in whole house. Roopa says dont touch wine from now on Ramnath. Jitendra says I am policeman, if Ramnath have hidden bottles in house then I will find all bottles. Lata asks him to find all bottles. Jitendra says give me two minutes, he starts searching house. Jitendra comes to Lata and says I have solved this case, I didnt find any bottle in house, Ramnath is innocent. Lata says you didnt find one bottle? come with me. Lata starts searching bottles, she finds one in pot, then another, she keeps slapping Jitendra as she finds more and more wine bottles, she finds one bottle in Dada’s wheelchair too. Lata says to family that there are many bottles in house. Suzzi says to Dada that my wine bottle got caught too. Ramnath says that wine bottle is not mine. Dada says it must be Ramnath’s only, throw them all. Lata calls scrap buyer, she asks him to tell how much he will buy for. Suzzi is sad that her bottle got caught too. Scrap buyer says you will get 80rs for these bottles. Laddo’s ghost looks on.
Laddo’s ghost comes to Roopa and says I want to go out with you. Roopa gets elated and says you want to go out with me, its your wish? he says yes, get ready in evening. Roopa says but what will I tell family? where am I going? he says its your problem, wear what you wore on first birthday. Roopa says on first birthday my papa brought me frock, I cant wear it, it wont fit. Laddo’s ghost laughs and says I meant what I brought for you on your first birthday here, be ready, he leaves. Roopa dances around in happiness that he is taking her out on date.
Roopa and Laddo’s ghost are dresses in saree and tuxedo. They come in a decorated area for date, Laddo’s ghost asks if he can have dance with her? she smiles and puts hand in his hand, they romantically dances on han hasi ban gaye.. roopa says I feel I am having dream.. Laddo’s ghost says you are having dream only.. Roopa twirls around and comes out of her imagination.. it all turns out of be her dream. Roopa says my dream will be true soon, thank you Laddo ji, she starts getting ready.
Roopa gets ready in nice saree. She comes out of her room, Laddo’s ghost watches her and is mesmerized to see her. Roopa says I am ready, how am I am looking? Laddo’s ghost stammers and says yes.. um.. uh.. saree is nice, lets go. Jitendra comes there and asks Roopa where she is going at this time? Roopa says I am um.. going to friend’s birthday party. Jitendra says did you tell Lata maa? Laddo’s ghost says give him 100rs. Roopa gives Jitendra 100rs and says keep it, He looks angry but takes it, he whispers that I will handle Lata, you go, he leaves. Laddo’s ghost says I know him, lets go. They start leaving but Lata stops Roopa and asks where she is going? Roopa takes out 100rs note, Laddo’s ghost says are you mad, she is mom. Roopa says its my friend’s birthday so I have to go, Lata says you were asking for white saree and now wearing this shimmering saree? Roopa says he gave me that saree, Laddo gifted me this saree on my first birthday after marriage. Lata says I miss him. Roopa says think he is near you, he miss you too. Lata says yes, its good you wore what he gifted you, Roopa says it will feel like Laddo is with me, I should leave. Lata says no I wont let you go alone, I will drop you there. Roopa says no no.. I will go, Roopa leaves with Laddo’s ghost.
Scene 3
Laddo’s ghost brings Roopa to a seedy bar and says this is my favorite place. Roopa is stunned. Drunk people see roopa only and taunt what she is doing in men bar? girls have weird wishes these days. Roopa says to Laddo’s ghost that this is weird place, there are only men here, its loud here. Laddo’s ghost says soon you will be shouting here too. Roopa says we can go to nice restaurant. Laddo’s ghost says its my last wish, either you sit here or leave. Roopa says okay but only for few minutes. She sits on table with Laddo’s ghost. He says this is my permanent table but I am not permanent anymore. All men eye Roopa strangely, she feels weird. Waiter says to men that this is family bar, you dont bring your wife here and eye others wives. Roopa says to Laddo’s ghost that this is sad place. Laddo’s ghost says no this is nice place, I got 25lacs deal done here, this is lucky place. Laddo’s ghost says I usually come here but that day I went home to eat parathas and you killed me. Roopa gets sad and says I am sorry. Laddo’s ghost says leave it, what you want to eat or drink? you want rum or wine? Roopa says I dont drink these things. Laddo’s ghost says I always to bring you here, have wine with you and enjoy these gazals. Roopa says no Lata had created issue because of drinks in morning, I cant drink wine, I am leaving. Laddo’s ghost says you wives want husbands to take you out but now doing this? you cant even have one wine glass with me? you talk about walking with me in life but cant even enjoy one night with me? Roopa turns around and says if being with husband means to drink wine then I am drinking, she takes shots from waiter and starts drinking, she says to Laddo’s ghost that if you think walking with you means drinking wine then see this, she keeps drinking shots after shots.. Laddo’s ghost says what are you doing? all look at her like she is crazy talking to air. Laddo’s ghost ask her to sit down, Roopa puts her head on table, he asks if she is fine? Laddo’s ghost asks waiter to leave you jerk. Roopa glares at him and asks waiter to get lost, you jerk. Roopa says to Laddo’s ghost that now I like this place, this dim lights and this music, wow. She starts humming to herself. One man is eyeing her with lust. Roopa asks Laddo’s ghost if she can drink more? he says no you drank 6 packs neat shots, go wash your face, she says no, he says its my wish, she says okay then I will wash it,you come with me, I will wash your face too, he glares at her, she says okay I am coming. She goes to washroom. Man that was eyeing her comes infront of her and says to waiter that bring drinks for her, Roopa says you know me? man says I am interested in you, you are brave to come here, are you single? Roopa says no I am widow but he is here… I am single.. no I am double. Man says doesnt matter, its good you came alone. Roopa says no I came with my husband, you can see him right, he says yes, Roopa says you liar, only I can see him. Man says your eyes are so nice. Roopa says my husband never looked at my eyes, can you tell that to my husband? Man says I can go anywhere with you. Scrap buyer comes there and says to man that she is my sister in law, dont try to hit on her otherwise I will throw you in scrap car, get lost from here, man angrily leaves. Roopa says he was praising my eyes. Scrap buyer says dont come here, this place is not nice for you. Roopa says okay I will go. He leaves. Roopa comes back to table. Roopa says I met someone, he was saying my eyes are nice, he was sweet man, Laddo’s ghost says lets go home, my wish is done. Roopa says wish is remaining, we didnt have dinner, we will eat biryani, she asks waiter to bring biryani. Roopa says to Laddo’s ghost that when I sit infront of you and you look away, I feel bad, when I used to dress up for you and you wont look at me, I used to feel bad, when I used to cook with love for you and you would say you ate outside, I felt really bad, when you used to not even wish me on our anniversaries then I used to feel very bad. Laddo’s ghost looks on.
PRECAP- Laddo’s ghost says that she is crazy, I was crazy to bring her here, she destroy my respect even if I am not alive. He turns and sees Roopa on stage, Roopa is dancing with all drunk men and enjoying dancing freely, he is stunned.
Roopa says to Laddo’s ghost why your next wish is only for you? why cant I be part of it? Laddo’s ghost says I want to see Munni’s(dancer) dance. Roopa is stunned. He says yes I used to go watch her dances sometime, he turns to leave but Roopa stops him and says you want to see Munni’s dance? he nods. Roopa says I will do Munni’s dance for you, he is stunned.
