Raghbir thinks of Nakul’s and Pragati’s words. He pulls out his drip and heads to Pragati’s room. A silent tear escapes Pragati’s eyes as she thinks of Raghbir’s confession. Raghbir notices Pragati in tears through the glass window. Sad song plays. He is pained to see her thus. Pragati looks towards the door but he hides. She sleeps. Her hand is about to fall but he runs and keeps his hand under hers. He sits there holding her hand. He caresses her head. She shifts in her sleep. He leans forward to kiss her on her forehead when Pragati opens her eyes. They share an awkward eye lock. He lets go of her hand and simply leaves the room.
Malhotra family come to their other house. Aditi and Tina complain of the dust. Shalu asks everyone to rest. We will look after the house. Dev begins
Raghbir’s inner self tells him to hit himself. Maybe the feelings will die then. It does not happen though. People go blind in love but you cannot see your love for Pragati. Raghbir says Baani is my only love. His inner self tells him to stop these filmy dialogues. Raghbir says I only know that love happens only once. His inner self insists he has fallen in love again. Raghbir is in disbelief. It cannot be possible! His inner self laughs. Why were you peeking at Pragati stealthily? You ran to hold her hand so she does not get hurt. You were also about to kiss her. Am I right? Raghbir calls it moment but his inner self calls it a movement towards his new love. Raghbir repeats his dialogue. I only love Baani. His inner self says you cannot even see her face anymore. You only see Pragati now. Raghbir says I have promised Baani that I will love her my entire life. His inner self asks him to promise him that he wont save Pragati ever again. You don’t love her so promise me this. Will you be able to do it? No, right? This denial is called love. You have fallen for Pragati. Just move on. Raghbir refuses. His inner self says it is fun to lie in love. It actually increases love. I don’t know if it’s true or not but let’s see. You will break your own record in love one day. He laughs. Raghbir throws something at him and it disappears. He sits down sadly.
Aditi is still complaining about the house. It is all because of Pragati! Devraj says you are saying as if she lit the fire. Aditi says it started in her room only. Thankfully, Raghbir is alive. I chose every single thing in that house. Devraj knows she is upset as this house was decorated by Kunti. She agrees. I married you thinking your past will never come in front of me but it is here now. He says we are together. That’s what matters. Stop hating Pragati. She gave a new life to Raghbir. She tells him to do Pragati’s aarti. He wonders when she will understand.
Tina and Harshit argue over the house as well. She gets upset. Harshit rues that he couldn’t stay in the hospital near Pragati. I would have planned something otherwise but it is good that I am here. I can plan now.
Badi Ma does Pragati and Raghbir’s aarti. Raghbir reminds her that they have come from hospital and not temple. Badi Ma says Pragati has come in this house for the first item. Pragati hits the kalash as she steps forward. Badi Ma makes Raghbir fill Pragati’s hairline. She gets emotional. I have always loved you and trusted you. I don’t know how one doubt shook it all. I had a feeling that you couldn’t kill me. Raghbir is reminded of his inner self’s words. He heads inside.
Pragati goes after him. Badi Ma points at her room. Shalu finds Raghbir’s behaviour weird.
Raghbir is pacing in his room. Pragati comes there. He tries to close the door but she gets hurt. He cares for her. She ends up smiling hearing his decision of changing something. He asks her if she is fooling him. Please leave. She says it is my room as well. He turns to go but she holds his hand. Maahi Ve plays. I said it is our room. Am I this bad that you cannot be around me anymore? He asks her if he said that. She says it means I am nice. He says entire family has awarded you with the best DIL already. She asks him if he isn’t a part of the entire family. She offers to do his dressing but he says you aren’t my caretaker. She says the same to him. You did my dressing when I was hurt. How can you say no to me then? You filling my hairline just now means that you have given me an equal right in your life. He looks at her. What are you doing? She says I am making things even as she changes his dressing. He too changes her dressing and gives the same reply to him. He is pained to see her wound. I am trying to stay away from you but I just cannot! What is inside you which is making me forget Baani? He stands up. She says I know our relation is a little complicated. I don’t want you to give me Baani’s place. It will be enough if you will give me a place in this relation. She extends her hand toward him. Like a friend? He says I don’t believe in friendship and walks away. She says people become friends first and then fall in love. It was opposite in our case. It’s okay.
Everyone is seated at the dining table. Raghbir makes a face upon noticing khichdi in his plate. Pragati says doc has told us to have light food. Raghbir refuses. Badi Ma and Aditi tell him to eat it. Harshit tells them to let it be. You know he wont eat. Badi Ma says he is unwell so he will have to eat it. I will give him company. Raghbir stays put. She says if I fall ill and doc advises me to only eat khichdi then I dare you to do it. He gives in reluctantly. He makes faces as eats khichdi. Pragati smiles. I want to tell you my truth but I fear how you will react. I will tell you very soon though.
Precap: Harshit comes to his room and finds his ally sitting in his room in the dark. I wont give you a chance to complain this time. I will kill Pragati. Badi Ma tells Raghbir to embrace this darkness so he can miss Pragati.
