Angoori is feeling sad and she says that she really misses her brother Puttan on Rakshabandhan, ever since he went to jail she couldn’t even contact him. The delivery boy is standing beside Angoori, he says that she can tie the rakhi on Vibhu’s wrist the unemployed guy who lives in front of her. Vibhu is eavesdropping on them and gets angry on the delivery guy. Angoori denies. Angoori gives him to address to parcel the rakhi to Puttan inside the jail. Tiwari shows up and sits with Angoori and asks that why is she crying? Angoori says that she’s missing her brother. Tiwari says that he’s a criminal. Angoori says that he would never feel the pain of a sister. Tiwari also starts crying and says that he also lost his sister a day prior to Rakshabandhanon.
Anu is talking to her brother on a video call and asks him to come and visit them. Her brother says that he lives in America and it’s no where near to India. David starts talking to Anil (Anu’s brother), while she gets the rakhi ready. Tiwari shows up. David says that it’s their dumb neighbour. Anu brings the plate ready with sweets and Rakhi, she starts the rituals and gets confused where to tie the rakhi after the arti. Anil asks Anu to tie the rakhi on Tiwari’s wrist. Tiwari gets scared and flees away while talking on his phone. Just then, Saxena shows up. David asks Anu to tie the rakhi on Saxena’s wrist. Saxena agrees and sits to get the rakhi. Saxena gets excited. Saxena asks Anu to bless him with his research. David asks him that what is he researching? Saxena says that he’s researching on neighbouring city, Karachi. David says that he could have researched on better city.
Angoori is still sad talking to her father as she’s missing Puttan. Vibhu shows up and asks her that what did Puttan do? Angoori says that he robbed a jewellery. Vibhu says that he will recite a song to brighten up her mood. Angoori asks him to sing a song related to brother and sister. Vibhu leaves.
Tillu and Teeka are sitting at tea stall. Tillu is stressed and requests Prem to give him 2 thousand rupees. Prem denies and mocks him. Tillu says that he has to do something.
A priest shows up talking about someone’s birth chart saying the person will get wealthy really soon. Teeka and Tillu takes help of the priest and asks him to predict their future. MasterJi and Gupta says that their lives are filled with bad-luck. The priest sees their palms and says that their future is very bright. Tillu tells him not to joke. He gets angry and says that it’s guaranteed because he said it. He advises both of them to start gambling.
Anu, Vibhu and David are sitting together. Anu is sipping her coffee. Vibhu says that the food ration is empty. Anu says that he can go and buy it. Vibhu says that he doesn’t have money. Anu says that she doesn’t, she needs 25k rupees every month from him. David defends Vibhu and says that he cannot give anything. Anu gets frustrated and says that she will leave this house. Vibhu tells her to be positive. Anu orders them both of give her 25k rupees every month or else they can leave the house. David and Vibhu get worried. Vibhu remembers Tiwari saying he will give 50k rupees to her sister if she shows up. Vibhu tells David that he got a plan.
