Vibhu checks lamp and he get shock. Anu get’s scared ask what happen. Vibhu aays there is some problem in lamp and they both start there romance. Electricity go and Anu shouts, she ask him to light candel. Tiwari shouts from outside says Vibhu come out colony need you, you are the god of this colony. Anu ask him not to go. Anu ask is it done mister engineer. Tiwari says don’t worry. Anu says do you think he knows anything about transformer. Vibhu says I’m an electrical engineer. Tiwari ask Anu do you have answer. A man walks with Happu and Manohar and show them Vibhu see he is stealing electricity. Vibhu says your transformer is not working how I’ll steal electricity, I’m trying to fix it. Tiwari says to Happu whole colony don’t have light and only Vibhu is the smart one. Happu says to Vibhu without government officials permission you are trying to repair it so in that case we are arresting you. Vibhu says are you out of your mind I’m trying to fix it. Man says if you will fix it then what we will do. Tiwari and Vibhu mocks him and Happu. Manohar says you are under arrest for disrespecting police officer and destroying government property. Tiwari says to Vibhu don’t worry we will go to supreme court. Vibhu says listen let’s clear out this matter here because whole colony is involved in this. Happu ask Manohar to take Vibhu to jail.

Happu and Manohar doing commissioner’s house work. Happu ask Manohar to do fast we need to send it at his house. Vibhu mocks them for there work. Happu ask him to keep quiet. Tiwari walks to them and start praising Vibhu and says to Happu you don’t recognise him, he is a magician. Manohar ask can he vanish Happu. Happu scolds him. Tiwari says he is diamond and I don’t like him in jail. Happu says don’t worry I’ll put you in jail with him in fraud cases. Tiwari ask Happu to come aside and says he is very useful, if you play with mind then he can do your laundry even your undergarments. Happu ask how. Tiwari says just praise him. Happu says do you have any experience. Tiwari says yes I have did a lot. Vibhu says stop praising me. Happu says I’m sorry Vibhu I know everything now and ask Manohar to release him and give him snacks to eat. Vibhu walks out. Happu start praising him. Vibhu thanks Tiwari. Manohar bring one glass of tea. Vibhu says where is Tiwari’s cup and snacks. Happu says don’t worry first you have it and they are cooking snacks for you. Manohar says I cannot do this work of commissioners house can we ask someone else to do. Happu says it’s difficult to do and Vibhu join along, Happu praises him again. Vibhu says don’t worry I’ll do your work.
