Vibhu tells Anu that Chichu has illegally acquired Tiwari land and he can get it from him. Anu asks how? Vibhu says Chichu is Prem’s good friend and we can buy Tiwari’s land from him for 2.5lacs and sell it after getting Chichu out of the way for 10lac. We will have profit of 7.5lac. Anu asks if he really can do it? Vibhu agrees. Anu gets cautious, but still agrees with him.
Next morning, David tells Vibhu that it’s really hard to get land out of Chichu. David denies Anu to not give money to Vibhu. Saxena is also sitting there as a lawyer. Anu asks Saxena for his advice? Saxena says that they should take the risk. Just then, Tiwari shows up and sits with them. Tiwari asks if it’s true she’s ready to buy his land? Anu agrees. Tiwari tells Anu that Chichu has acquired his land and suggests her not to put money in that land. Vibhu tells Tiwari that it’s their problem he will take care of it. Tiwari asks for Anu’s call. Anu agrees with Vibhu and says that she will buy the land for 2.5lacs. David still denies. Anu stays stubborn. Saxena gives the papers to Tiwari to sign them.
Later in the night, Tiwari is talking to his client. Angoori shows up. Tiwari hangs up the call and tells her to start celebrating the festive season and start distributing sweets and fireworks. Angoori gets confused and confirms with him. Tiwari asks that why is she asking that? Angoori says because he often acts as penny pincher. Tiwari says he sold his land for 2.5lacs. Angoori lists her demands and gifts. Tiwari yells at her. Angoori gets upset.
Next morning, Angoori is cleaning the dishes and Ammaji shows up. Ammaji says Tiwari told her that his land got sold. Angoori agrees, and says Anu bought their land. Tiwari also shows up all excited. Ammaji slaps Tiwari. He asks what happened? Ammaji says that it’s her form of showing love. Ammaji says the house is looking very neat and clean. Angoori agrees.
Chichu is reciting poems with his assistants. His men praises him and his poetries. After a while, Prem shows up and sits with Chichu. Prem starts humiliating like he’s his best friend. Chichu tells his men to bring some alcohol and snacks. Chichu starts reciting poems for Prem and humiliating him. Chichu asks Prem how is he doing? Prem says that he’s great. Prem says that he wanted to talk to him about something. Chichu asks, what happened? Prem tells Chichu to leave this land and go away. Chichu starts talking through poems.
In the night, Vibhu and Anu are dancing and enjoying their time together. Anu picks up some papers and tells Vibhu that he remembered something. Vibhu asks what happened? Anu asks if Prem really can empty the land? Vibhu says that he’s sure. Anu says that she’s confused. Somebody rings the doorbell.
David gets up and opens the door. Prem shows up thrashed and bruised. David gets shocked to see him. David takes him inside. Vibhu and Anu come downstairs. Vibhu asks Prem what happened? Prem says, it’s a long story. Prem tells that he went to meet Chichu, but when he demanded the land his men thrashed him. Anu regrets her decision.
