Anu is behind the bars frustrated. Happu trues to initiate a conversation, but she stares at him. Happu apologises to her. Tiwari is also behind the bars. Anu tells Happu that Vibhu is getting mistreated outside and he got her inside the jail. Tiwari asks who is mistreating Vibhu? Anu furiously replies, him. Tiwari apologises to Anu. Just then, Angoori shows up and takes the blame. Anu asks why is he doing this Vibhu? Angoori says that she’s loves Tiwari and cannot afford to lose him, if Vibhu’s sugar gets spiked, he can get cured by medication, but if she fails to do this cure, she will inevitably have to lose Tiwari. Angoori again apologises to Anu because she’s going to give Vibhu another half a Kg of sugar. Anu gets shocked, and asks Happu
Vibhu is locked inside the room and David is gatekeeping him. Angoori shows up. David stops Angoori. Angoori warns him to leave the way free, or else she will smash his head with a hammer, and takes out one. David gets scared and leaves her way. Angoori breaks the lock and gives Vibhu a box of sugar and tells him to eat it. Vibhu opens the jar and starts eating the sugar. Vibhu faints after eating all the sugar and his health worsens. Angoori gets scared and calls David for help. Vibhu falls over David.
Anu and Tiwari are still sitting inside the lockup. Tiwari apologises to Anu. Anu tells him not to be overdramatic. Happu shows up and asks Anu if she want him to take care of Tiwari? Anu replies that Tiwari is trying to blackmail her. Happu yells at Tiwari. Tiwari tells Happu that he doesn’t even do anything, and eats without hardworking. Happu opens the jail and starts beating Tiwari. Tiwari goes unconscious. Anu says that Tiwari was already having a life threat, as Ramfal predicted. Happu says that he’s being dramatic. Commissioner shows up and yells at Happu, and tells him to set both them free. Anu tells Happu to call doctor for Tiwari.
Vibhu is lying on the hospital bed and Anu is crying. Gupta says that Tiwari’s health is completely fine. Gupta says that Vibhu is in serious condition, his sugar levels are surging. Angoori also feels sad and takes all the blame. Tiwari also apologises to Anu. Anu says that it’s too late, she has almost lost Vibhu. Saxena shows up and says that he will help them with his ayurvedic medication. Saxena feeds a medicinal leave to Vibhu and he comes back to senses. Vibhu wakes up and asks if he’s not dead? Saxena says, no. He tells Gupta to check Vibhu’s sugar level. Gupta checks and gets shocked to see that his sugar levels have dropped significantly. Everyone starts celebrating. Angoori says that she will get Gajar Ka Halwa for everyone. Vibhu falls back to sleep.
