Everyone is ready as a beggar and gathered on the street. Angoori asks how is she looking in this beggar costume. Vibhu starts complementing her and tells her that her beauty enhanced by this costume. Tillu and Teeka also agrees with him. Angoori says, then who will give her money? Vibhu says that he will give her. Everybody gets their places assigned for begging. Tiwari and Vibhu starts arguing. Everyone leaves for their work.
Manohar is talking to her wife on telephone. Happu comes in and asks if he’s talking to his wife. Manohar says, yes and tells Happu that his wife is with some beggar. Happu suggests him to stay at home and catch him. Manohar tells Happu that whenever he stays back, the beggar never arrives. Happu tells Manohar to take his wife for a romantic movie and beggar will never come back. Happu tells Manohar that he also just gave 500rs to an old beggar. Commissioner comes in and tells Happu that he did very wrong. Happu and Manohar greets Commissioner. Commissioner tells Happu that it’s illegal to beg on the streets and tells Happu go and catch every beggar he can find. Happu promises him that he will surely do it.
Angoori is begging for money and gets few bucks from a guy. Angoori gets joyous because she got some money. Vibhu shows up and tells Angoori that she’s looking very beautiful. Angoori thanks him, and says that they should get back to their work. Vibhu tells Angoori that he will teach her to beg. Vibhu starts crying for money and says that he needs money for his medical bills. Vibhu gets few coins. Angoori and Vibhu gets happy. Prem shows up. Vibhu tells Angoori that he will take money from this greedy person. Angoori and Vibhu begs for money from Prem. Prem gives money to Angoori and tells Vibhu to go away. Prem gets back on his scooter leaves. Vibhu tells Angoori that she must be tired and says that they should get some ice cream.
Teeka and Tillu are sitting on the side of a road. Tillu grabs a person’s leg and asks him for 5000rs. He slaps Tillu and leaves. Teeka tells Tillu if he continues to do the same, he will never get anything. Tillu agrees with him. Rusa shows up and Teeka and Tillu gets scared. Rusa gets angry and asks Teeka and Tillu, why are they doing this, aren’t they ashamed? Her father is coming to see them and they are acting like this. Tillu tells Rusa that they are doing this for the sake of their colony. Rusa tells them that her father will make her marry to another man, and they will just regret.
Teeka tells Rusa that they will meet her father. Rusa asks if they will talk to him in this condition? Teeka and Tillu tells Rusa that they have suits too. Rusa gives them few coins and leaves.
