The Episode starts with Shalu asking Ayush to rest and says she will come after sometime. Ayush stops her and tells that he wants to thank her. He expresses his heartfelt gratitude to Shalu, telling her that if he is sitting today with his family, it is entirely because of her. He reminisces about the moment when he was struggling to breathe in the hospital and felt like he is surrounded by the deep darkness, and then he saw her there and he called her name Shalu, and all the darkness vanished and she brought him back to life, and he started breathing again. He says he thought he will not die without confessing his feelings to her. She asks him not to say that and asks him to rest. Rishi teases him. Neelam advises Ayush to rest and leaves from the room. Karishma goes following her. Aanchal worries what will happen now.

Karishma comes behind Neelam. Neelam asks her to listen to her first and asks her if she understood what Ayush said that he went in the dark room. She says that means Ayush came back from death, for Shalu. She says Lakshmi gave him blood, but Shalu is Ayush’s life and the reason for him to live. Neelam urges Karishma to accept Shalu, as she is so important to Ayush. Karishma counters by pointing out that if Neelam expects her to accept Shalu, then she should also accept Lakshmi, since Rishi is deeply in love with her. Neelam dismisses this, arguing that if Rishi truly loved Lakshmi, Malishka wouldn’t haven’t got pregnant. She says Rishi is not sure about Lakshmi and has real feelings just for Malishka. She says how Ayush never got close to Anushka, even when Shalu wasn’t around. Aanchal comes there, sharing her fear that Ayush might leave her for Shalu. Karishma is shocked. Neelam warns Karishma that this fear could become a reality if she doesn’t accept Shalu. She tries to reassure Karishma, saying that once Ayush and Shalu are married, there will be ups and downs, and Ayush will get rid of his love and Karishma will have her son back. She says they will get rid of Lakshmi too, and for now she shall do what Ayush wants. Karishma gets convinced by Neelam’s reasoning and agrees to accept Shalu as her bahu.

Lakshmi asks Mukesh to keep the decoration stuff in storeroom. Neelam gathers everyone in the house. She tells Malishka that she is going to make an important announcement. Shalu gets a call and is about to go. Shalu asks her to come back soon. Neelam asks Lakshmi to do what she shall do, and shall talk to Rishi. Ayush comes downstairs, and Lakshmi questions why he isn’t resting and asks if he has done breakfast. Dadi says he wants to have breakfast with everyone. Ayush says he is fine, and says that he was bored in his room. Neelam says he is looking fine. Lakshmi says she will bring fresh breakfast for him. Ayush stops her and goes to her, touches her feet to seek her blessings. Shalu comes back. Lakshmi asks why he’s doing? Ayush explains that he has the right to take selfless person’s blessings and he feels lucky and proud that she is his Bhabhi, and he feels safe and secure with her. Lakshmi asks why you are emotional.

Ayush says I regarded you as motherly figure, when I saw you, I thought you are my Bhabhi, like a Mother. He says you didn’t only love me, but gave me your blood. Lakshmi asks who told you. Rishi reveals that Nurse told him, Ayush has found out Lakshmi donated blood to save his life. Ayush thanks Lakshmi profusely, calling himself blessed to have her in his life. He asks her to promise she will never leave him, and Rishi assures him she won’t go in any of the births. Ayush says incredible, you both shall be my brother and sister in law in every births, and I will be your Lakshman. Rishi thanks Lakshmi. Dadi thanks her for bringing life back to the house. Lakshmi cries and thinks she has to go away from here, this is her destiny. Rishi says you will get much love which you have never imagined. Neelam grows concerned that Lakshmi will never leave if they keep showing her with so much love. She thinks to stop this.

Neelam turns to Ayush and announces that the family has realized how much he loves Shalu and has decided to let them stay together. Ayush gets happy. Malishka thinks Shalu will trouble her a lot. Dadi is happy with Neelam’s decision. Ayush asks Neelam what she wants to say. Rishi says Mom will never separate the two lovers. Aanchal says your Mom has realized this. Karishma says she realizes the importance of relations, and as he needs Shalu, she can see everything clearly. She hugs him. Dadi is surprised and praises Karishma for her decision. She asks Neelam to say it straight. Neelam says she wants Ayush and Shalu to get married. She says the way to Anushka will be closed forever. Rishi asks Ayush if he is happy? Neelam recalls her condition made to Lakshmi, and lakshmi eventually agreeing to her sayings. She goes to Lakshmi and asks her to pack her bags and fulfill her promise. Shalu tells that she wants to tell something. Neelam asks her to say clearly. Karishma asks her to say it. Shalu refuses to marry Ayus, leaving the Oberois stunned. Rishi and Lakshmi ask her for the reason for her refusal.

Precap: Neelam asks Lakshmi to fulfill her promise and tell Rishi that she will not stay with him. Ayush asks Shalu to marry him. Rishi tells Lakshmi that he is living for her. Lakshmi tells that she don’t want to stay with him, never ever in her life.
