The episode starts with Shalu informing the Oberoi family that she had asked a constable to notify her if Neel and Anushka were released on bail. The constable called and confirmed their release. Neelam questions why Anushka’s release matters. Shalu warns that if Anushka finds out about her marriage to Ayush, she may try to harm him. Aanchal doubts Shalu’s certainty, but Shalu reveals that Anushka herself had threatened her in jail. Rishi reassures Shalu that they won’t let anything happen to Ayush and asks her to trust them. Lakshmi also shares her thoughts, but Shalu insists she cannot risk Ayush’s life and leaves.

Lakshmi advises Ayush to talk to Shalu, and he agrees. Meanwhile, Neelam asks Lakshmi to inform Rishi that she plans to leave him. Lakshmi then approaches Rishi, telling

him she has something important to say. Ayush stops Shalu and confesses his deep love for her, saying he would stand against the whole world for her. Lakshmi, on the other hand, struggles with how to tell Rishi about her decision to leave, feeling bound by her oath. Ayush pleads with Shalu to accept their marriage, and she finally agrees. Overjoyed, Ayush decides to share the good news with his family.

Meanwhile, Lakshmi tries to talk to Rishi, but he interrupts, begging her not to say anything about leaving. He reminds her that their hospital conversation is unfinished and pleads with her to stay, saying he needs her and can’t live without her. Lakshmi insists that they want different things and walks away.

Rishi follows Lakshmi to her room, pleading with her not to shut him out. He reminds her of their Lohri wedding and his efforts to prove his commitment to her. However, Lakshmi counters by bringing up Malishka’s pregnancy and the party held for it. Rishi insists he was against that celebration, but Lakshmi remains unconvinced. As Rishi tries to break down the door, Lakshmi finally lets him in. He professes his love again, but Lakshmi points to Malishka’s child as proof that he doesn’t truly love her.

Precap: Neelam informs Lakshmi that Shalu agreed for the marriage and everything would go well only if Lakshmi wants to. Lakshmi tells Rishi that she is at his house only till Shalu and Ayush’s marriage. Anushka determines to not let Ayush and Shalu’s marriage happen.
