Meanwhile, Balwinder, confused by the commotion at the hospital, demands answers from Kiran. She instructs him to take a hard drive containing CCTV footage and leave discreetly, promising to retrieve it later. Balwinder reluctantly complies.

As the nurse approaches the receptionist to get Rishi’s contact details, Malishka intervenes, convincing the nurse that Lakshmi wants to surprise Rishi herself. Trusting Malishka, the nurse hands over the reports. Rishi stays by Lakshmi’s side, urging her to wake up. The doctor observes his deep love for her and admires his devotion.

Curious, Balwinder checks the hard drive and is shocked to find footage of Malishka attempting to harm Lakshmi. Furious, he rushes to expose her but faces car trouble. He enlists Anushka and Neel’s help, but Anushka secretly warns Malishka. Initially, Malishka ignores the calls, but Anushka persistently urges her to act before Balwinder arrives.

At the hospital, Rishi emotionally pleads with Lakshmi, and she finally opens her eyes. Overjoyed, he begs her not to leave him again. Balwinder arrives and confronts Malishka, grabbing her by the neck and demanding answers about her attempt on Lakshmi’s life. Before he can expose her, Anushka strikes him from behind, knocking him unconscious. Malishka orders them to get rid of him.

As Rishi reassures Lakshmi of his unwavering support, Neel ties Balwinder to a wheelchair. Malishka instructs Anushka to hide him at her place, and in return, Anushka demands a favor when needed. Their sinister pact is sealed.
