The episode starts with Garimacharya giving an advice to Rishi and taking her blessings. She praises Rishi to Neelam, who then asks Kiran to bring Malishka, as Garimacharya is there to bless her. Malishka arrives, takes blessings, and is informed that a special Pooja will be performed for her. Garimacharya ties a sacred thread to Malishka, claiming it will protect her from evil. When Garimacharya attempts to check Malishka’s pulse, Malishka hesitates but relents after Neelam insists.
Using her powers, Garimacharya senses something suspicious and announces a problem with the Oberoi baby. Malishka, fearing her secret is exposed, pretends to be sick and leaves. Karishma questions Garimacharya’s statement, but Aanchal pulls her aside, warning her to be cautious about discussing Malishka’s baby since Malishka isn’t Rishi’s wife. Karishma realizes her mistake and thanks Aanchal for intervening.
Harleen asks Lakshmi to take blessings from Garimacharya, who also advises Lakshmi. Shalu tells Lakshmi about Garimacharya’s powers to sense everything about a baby by touch. Rano attempts to enter the Oberoi mansion but is stopped by the guard for not having an invitation. Shalu intervenes, and the guard lets Rano in. Anushka, witnessing this, decides to trick the guards by pretending to be Ayush’s wife to gain entry.
Neelam assigns Lakshmi to take care of Garimacharya, but as Garimacharya climbs a step, she slips. Lakshmi catches her, and Garimacharya senses Lakshmi is pregnant. Shocked and worried, Lakshmi decides to retrieve her medical reports from Rishi’s safe before the truth comes out. However, she is interrupted by Kiran entering the room, looking for Malishka. Jaya argues with Maya, accusing her of trying to take her place in Garimacharya’s heart. Maya wonders why Garimacharya cannot see Jaya’s greed, while Kiran observes the argument from afar.
Precap: Garimacharya senses that something unusual is going to happen. Lakshmi fears that her pregnancy news would be out. Rishi tells her that he knows everything.
