Lakshmi tells the nurse that Rohan calls her Maa and even their blood group is matching, the nurse asks if there is anything else when Lakshmi asks what does she mean, the nurse replies that she got emotional so Lakshmi requests the nurse to not tell anyone that she is the one who donated the blood. Lakshmi asks Paru to go and be with Badi mom while not tell her anything about her donating the blood, Lakshmi requests Paru to make sure no on finds out about it as this would be their secret, Paru makes the cement promise so Lakshmi requests the nurse to take Paru to her Badi mom, she asks Chandu to take Lakshmi to the blood donation room while she will come after a while.
Rishi and Aayush come when Dadi asks what has happened to Rohan, Rishi replies that Rohan is very strong like him so would
Lakshmi is on the bed donating the blood while she keeps thinking about Rohan, the nurse comes back asking if she is fine and Lakshmi immediately asks about Rohan when Lakshmi says she cares a lot for both of her children and they are her life, the nurse says Rohan is very glad to have someone like Lakshmi near him. The nurse says it is enough but Lakshmi replies that she should take some more blood then is needed as she is fine but the nurse replies that she would get weak, the nurse further says she feels that Lakshmi is the biological mother of lakshmi as even their faces are similar, Lakshmi on the bed thinks that she does not know if she gave birth to Rohan but she is still his mother and it would not change.
Malishka gets furious at Paru asking her to behave, Paru replies if Malishka would lie about her mother then this is the way she is going to talk to her, no one can call her mother a liar. Neelam asks Anoushka to take Paru to the house but Paru stops her then turning to Badi mom says she is fine but no one is going to say bad things about her mother, Malishka asks if she is the one who is lying, Neelam questions what is the need to make a fuss about things, Malishka says that Paru is talking in this manner while being a child, she says that Paru should behave but then Malishka says she is not going to bear anything against her mother, Paru informs she was present there but Malishka replies even she was standing on the stairs. Paru mentions her mother kept stopping Rohan. Dadi asks if Lakshmi was trying to stop him. Paru explains to Dadi that she saw how Rohan fell because her mother was trying to stop him but he did not listen to her, Malishka starts arguing with Paru who keeps explaining that she also warned Rohan but sometimes they being children do not listen to the elders. Paru and Malishka keep arguing, Karishma asks Anoushka to take Paru away, Malishka asks Rishi to see how Paru is arguing with her, Paru blames Malishka for being a liar and explains that both herself and her mother were standing far away from Rohan so the dust could not go into his eyes, Malishka once again warns Paru but she blames her for being a liar then Malishka threatens to slap Paru, Neelam gets furious so takes Malishka away.
Paru runs to her dad saying that her mother is very nice and has not done anything of the sort, Rishi says he knows that the mother of Paru is innocent so she must not cry, Paru hugs Rishi.
Malishka asks Mom why is she taking her away like this when Neelam asks what is Malishka doing when she knows Paru is her Granddaughter and she loves her a lot. Neelam asks why is Malishka arguing with Paru knowing she is a child and she has warned Malishka a lot of times that she should not act like a child, Neelam says she feels Malishka would not understand that she should behave maturely, Neelam warns Malishka to stay quiet explaining that she feels what Paru is saying is the truth and she explains she hates Lakshmi but does not feel the same about Paru who is her Grand daughter and she is surely going to listen to the daughter of Rishi, Neelam asks if Malishka understands it and she walks away. Malishka goes to Aanchal and Karishma asking if Neelam mom would support Lakshmi over her, Karishma says that Neelam Bhabhi was supporting Paru. Aanchal explains that Malishka refused to listen to Neelam di and if it had happened then she would not have been so furious, Karishma also warns that she should not say anything about Paru. Aanchal explains that Malishka has the habit of inviting troubles to herself as what was the need to say bad things about Lakshmi in front of Paru. Malishka walks away explaining that there is no reason to talk about it, Aanchal warns Malishka to keep Paru aside from it all otherwise they would not be able to help her. Karishma explains that Bhabhi would get involved whenever Paru is related as she is the Granddaughter of Neelam Bhabhi. Malishka thinks that they all are going to scold her for it all but not listen to her and she is going to be blamed for everything.
Paru asks Dad if Rohan is fine and he says that Rohan is very strong, Rishi sees the blood going into the room and is hopeful everything will be fine, Anoushka is worried about what might happen if they get late, Aayush says Anoushka should think good at such times but Anoushka replies that she is worried at heart, Dadi advises that she should throw out those evil thoughts. Neelam comes back when Paru asks Badi mom if she advised Malishka when Neelam assures her that no one is going to talk badly about her mother, Paru hugs Neelam.
Malishka thinks that now Paru became important then her and she is not having any importance, Malishka wonders why did she not think about it before as Lakshmi is the mother of Paru who would always support and then she is always going to be one step ahead, then Malishka realizes how she has to get rid of Paru to win from Lakshmi.
Neelam tells Paru that her pretty aunti has understood her mistake and not only Malishka but she herself has realized her mistake and so is not going to make it again but listen to Paru, when Paru says that they all thought wrong about her mother who would have felt bad, Paru says she just found out right now and not in the house while Rohan is going to first ask about Lakshmi maa, Malishka replies Rohan will first ask about her, she then questions why is Lakshmi like this when she warned that Lakshmi would stay away from Rohan Rishi says even he heard what his mother said, the doctor comes out when Lakshmi goes to ask about Rohan, the doctor says they can not meet Rohan now, Paru asks the reason when the doctor informs that Rohan asked for Lakshmi mom, Paru tells her Badi mom how she was sure that Rohan would ask for Lakshmi mom first as he loves her a lot. Lakshmi tries to run but then Neelam stops her saying Rohan wants to meet her, Lakshmi comes to hold her hands in front of Neelam who asks her to hurry up. Malishka says that the doctor is mistaken as Rohan is her son and would have asked for mom, the doctor replies she might not have heard him properly as the child took a name which was Lakshmi Maa, Malishka is worried.
Precap: Lakshmi asks Rohan what happened and asks if he would tell his Dad, Rohan calls her Maa. Rishi tells Aayush that everyone praised him for adopting Rohan, and he is emotional. Rohan informs Lakshmi that she does not know he is adopted. Malishka vows to not bear such behavior anymore.

Malishka needs medical help today proved that she's not well upstairs arguing with a 7 yr old and still being delusional about rohan wanting to meet her. Then planning to harm a little girl shows how insecure and threaten she's about herself
