The episode starts with Rishi reassuring Lakshmi that he will never act against their relationship as long as it is respected, promising her loyalty before leaving. Neelam reflects on Rishi’s earlier words, where he expressed his inability to choose between her and Lakshmi, valuing both equally. Karishma notices Neelam’s stress, and Neelam confides in her about scolding Rishi for his behavior with Malishka and demanding he choose between her and Lakshmi. Rishi later apologized, reiterating that both women are equally important to him. Malishka arrives and convinces Neelam that Rishi’s feelings for Lakshmi will fade once she leaves. Neelam agrees and asks Malishka to call Kiran to discuss Rishi and Malishka’s future.
Meanwhile, Shalu arrives at the Oberoi mansion late at night, claiming she needs to speak with Lakshmi. Malishka and Ayush question her motives, but Shalu remains evasive. Ayush takes her inside, while Malishka grows suspicious and tries to contact Kiran, who doesn’t respond. Karishma questions Neelam about her plans to meet Kiran, and Neelam explains she wants to discuss Rishi and Malishka’s engagement after Lakshmi leaves. Lakshmi, reflecting on the situation, worries about causing strife between Rishi and Neelam and fears breaking Rishi’s heart when she departs.
Shalu confronts Lakshmi, revealing her suspicions about Malishka and Balwinder’s involvement in the cold storage incident. Lakshmi recalls seeing Malishka at the hospital with her baby’s father, who is not Rishi, leading Shalu to question if Malishka is carrying Balwinder’s child. Rishi and Ayush eavesdrop on their conversation, growing curious about Balwinder’s role in the events.
Meanwhile, Balwinder, disguised in a saree, sneaks around the mansion. Malishka discovers Kiran unconscious in a cupboard and learns that Balwinder has escaped, causing her to panic. Anushka informs Neel that Balwinder saw her face, and Neel scolds her, urging her to stop Balwinder to ensure Malishka’s cooperation.
As Shalu and Lakshmi discuss the cold storage incident, Manish spots Balwinder in disguise and raises an alarm. Malishka’s associate knocks Balwinder unconscious and, with Malishka’s help, hides him in Neelam’s room. Rishi, Ayush, Shalu, and Lakshmi investigate the commotion, with Lakshmi suspecting Anushka’s involvement. Neelam, sensing someone’s presence in her room, steps out of the washroom and demands, “Who’s there?” as the tension escalates.
