Dadi asks Lakshmi what is the matter questioning if she is hiding something, Lakshmi starts to panic then says she is not hiding anything but why is Dadi asking like this when Dadi replies she saw in her eyes and felt like. Paru comes running calling Maa to come with her as Rohan is about to wake up, Dadi pats her when Lakshmi questions what is Paru doing here when she should be with Rohan who might need her support. Paru says Maa knows he would ask about Lakshmi maa so she should be beside him, lakshmi replies she was thinking about making his favourite dish for him, Paru says she is the best Maa and cares a lot for them both, Lakshmi turns to Dadi who says even she was saying the same thing that she is the best mother, Paru agrees with Dadi so Lakshmi leaves
Aayush asks why is the doctor
Lakshmi is in the kitchen when Paru comes to her crying so Lakshmi asks why is she crying then gets worried asking if Malishka has done something to her but Paru says she did not do anything, Lakshmi asks then what is the reason for her crying, Paru reveals Rohan is not fine and has been taken to the hospital so Lakshmi leaves with Paru.
Rishi along with the entire family is pushing the stretcher of Rohan and then they are asked to wait outside, Karishma wonders what is happening as everything was fine a while ago, Neelam prays their child should be fine, Aanchal assures nothing wrong would happen so she must not be worried, Neelam replies she is indeed tensed. Dadi also warns Karishma to not say bad things but Karishma replies that it is due to the one who is in their house, Anoushka says that it is all because of that Lakshmi, Neelam warns them all to not take the name of Lakshmi, Rishi asks why are they blaming her but Neelam asks if he is the father of Rohan and does he love him a lot to care for him, Rishi replies he is saying Lakshmi cannot do anything of the sort as she is very nice but they donot believe him, Malishka asks what about the dust on the shirt of Rohan, Rishi says he knows Lakshmi is innocent as it is just an accident, Karishma questions would they all wait to see the accidents happen when Rishi replies that if everyone knew about the accident then would prevent them, Karishma starts to argue with Rishi when Malishka replies that he should at least believe what is in front of his eyes. Dadi supports Rishi asking why are they all against him when he is not saying anything wrong and do they all just have the right to blame another person. Rishi also defends Dadi saying that Lakshmi cannot do anything wrong, Neelam asks Aanchal to not say anything to Rishi as he is not going to listen and has no idea about what happened in the house but Rishi says he knows exactly what happened, Aayush takes Rishi with him.
The nurse comes asking about the father of Rohan as they need the blood and then she asks about her mother so Malishka comes ahead when the nurse requests her to come and donate the blood but Malishka replies her blood group is not o positive, the nurse says Malishka might be mistaken and they should come to have a test, Neelam reveals that Rohan is adopted so Malishka explains that she and Rishi have adopted him, Lakshmi is stunned to realize that he is adopted, Neelam says they can arrange the blood group from a blood bank when Malishka still blames Lakshmi for it all, Dadi warns them all to stay quiet and let everyone breathe, Neelam wishes she could ask Maa je to stop supporting lakshmi Dadi says she also desires to say a lot of things but just prays that everything is sorted. Anoushka wonders what has happened to this family when everyone should be together at such a time but she is sure Lakshmi has some black magic which is why has taken Rishi bhai and Dadi on her side.
Lakshmi is with Paru who asks what does it mean to be adopted, Paru says Malishka was saying she has adopted Rohan, Lakshmi sits in front of her saying what could she do to explain to Paru as it is very difficult, Lakshmi says Paru must understand that those people who are adopted are very lucky as they have two mothers and fathers, Paru says then even she is adopted as she has two mothers, Lakshmi does not understand then Paru says that she can even call Pretty aunti as mom when lakshmi says that Paru should not tell it to Rohan, Paru says he would already know it as he calls her as lakshmi mom and his own mother as mom, Lakshmi replies then in this case he would have three mom, Paru requests to also have another mom. Lakshmi hugs Paru but keeps thinking of when Rohan wold call her as Lakshmi mom and she gets emotional.
Rishi asks Aayush if he has seen how they all are behaving regarding lakshmi by blaming her for everything, Aayush asks him to sit down when Rishi says he cannot ear anything against Lakshmi, Aayush requests Rishi bhai to not get in any argument as they are very stressed, he says they would see later what is right or wrong, while mentions they all are stressed due to their love for Rohan while if Rishi bhai tries to convince them then they will just over react so Rishi bhai should wait for the time Rohan gets better at which time he will support his brother, Rishi says he will talk to lakshmi as she would be feeling lonely. Rishi calls Lakshmi.
Lakshmi stops the nurse asking if she arranged the blood then the nurse says that it is taking some time to answer as the blood bank does not have the matching blood. Lakshmi asks if she can donate her blood to which the nurse says this means she is the mother of Rohan who has come to donate blood.
Rishi tries to search for Lakshmi but is not able to reach to her on the phone, Aayush stops Anoushka who is worried when Rishi asks if Rohan is fine then she says that Rohan has lost a lot of blood and they need to arrange it, Rohan wonders what might happen if they cannot arrange it then they all leave, Aayush keeps trying to calm him down.
Paru walks ahead to tell the nurse that her mother is not the one who gave birth to Rohan but he also calls her maa, Lakshmi replies she means that her blood group is the same as Rohan so she can donate the blood to him and he also thinks of her as his mother so she is indeed his mother, the nurse gets worried. Lakshmi is emotional.
