The episode begins with Shalu urging Lakshmi to be with Ayush, reminding her that Ayush’s condition is a result of her actions. Lakshmi reassures Shalu to stay calm, assuring her that everything will eventually be okay. Shalu then shares some good news for both Ayush and herself, but she plans to reveal it only after Ayush regains consciousness. At that moment, the nurse steps out of the operation theater. Shalu anxiously inquires about Ayush’s condition. The nurse informs them that Ayush has lost a significant amount of blood and requires an urgent transfusion. Shalu becomes increasingly worried, but Lakshmi tries to comfort her.

Rishi and Malishka arrive, and Lakshmi updates Rishi on Ayush’s deteriorating condition. Rishi becomes deeply concerned for his cousin. Malishka meets with

Kiran, who questions why she hasn’t been answering her calls. Kiran excitedly informs Malishka that Lakshmi will soon be out of Rishi’s life and reveals details about Lakshmi’s deal with Neelam. As they speak, Kiran spots Jaya at the hospital and shocks Malishka by revealing that Lakshmi is pregnant. Stunned, Malishka listens as Kiran drags her away to discuss the matter further. Karishma decides it’s time to reveal the truth to Rishi. However, Neelam stops her, urging her to hear her out first. Karishma reluctantly agrees, but on the condition that Neelam must listen to her perspective as well. Neelam agrees. Malishka, now anxious, wonders how Rishi will react when he finds out about Lakshmi’s pregnancy. She fears that he might leave her. Kiran reassures her and suggests that Lakshmi must have known about the pregnancy before telling Rishi, which is why she hasn’t revealed it yet. Malishka asks Kiran how she’s so sure that Lakshmi is pregnant. Kiran then calls Jaya into the room.

Kiran asks Jaya to explain why she gave her money. Jaya confesses that it was to stop Garimacharya from revealing Lakshmi’s pregnancy to Neelam. She also admits to distracting Garimacharya by injuring Maya. Malishka, still suspicious, asks how Garimacharya knew about Lakshmi’s pregnancy. Jaya explains that Garimacharya has the ability to sense it by simply touching someone’s hand. Intrigued, Malishka asks if Garimacharya can also determine the exact day the baby was conceived. Jaya confirms that he can. Malishka, now desperate to confirm everything, insists that Jaya take her to Garimacharya and leaves immediately. Neelam brings Karishma into a room and makes a promise to her—she will ensure Ayush and Shalu are separated after their marriage. Karishma, confused, asks why Neelam brought her there. Neelam locks Karishma inside the room, and Karishma, furious, makes a sharp remark about Neelam before managing to escape.

Karishma turns the tables by locking Neelam in the same room. She tells Neelam that she will stay locked inside until she confesses everything to Rishi. Determined to reveal the truth, Karishma heads to Rishi to inform him, but she learns that Ayush is in critical condition and urgently requires blood. Lakshmi steps forward to donate her blood. As Ayush receives treatment, he calls for Karishma. She rushes to his side to speak with him, but the doctor asks her to leave. Neelam manages to escape the locked room with the help of a nurse. Karishma, overwhelmed with emotions, breaks down over Ayush’s condition. Rishi consoles her as the episode ends.
