The Episode starts with Kiran telling Neelam that she has forgotten reports on the bench and will bring it. Neelam says I will bring. She goes to the reception, sees Lakshmi crying keeping her hands on her face, and takes the file kept on the table. Ayush and Rishi run and follow Neel. Neel falls down. Rishi and Ayush asks the police Inspector on the bike to catch the kidnapper. The Inspector says you can’t accuse anyone without proofs. Rishi urges them to go behind Neel. Neel sits on the bike and speeds up. Rishi and Ayush come to the car, and find the car punctured. Rishi says Neel has punctured the car. Neel signs them and escapes, while Police is behind him. Rishi says Neel has escaped and says he can’t let him run, as he tried to harm Lakshmi. Ayush says Police will catch him. Rishi says yes, he trusts Police. Ayush says we shall meet doctor for Lakshmi. Rishi calls the mechanic.

Shalu comes to Lakshmi while searching for Neel, and thinks why she is worried. She asks what happened, why you seems to be worried. She asks about the reports. Lakshmi checks and says it was here. She asks her to get water for her. Shalu goes. Lakshmi looks for the file. Peon informs her that Neelam has taken the file. Lakshmi gets tensed.
Doctor asks Malishka since when she is having cramps. Malishka says since sometime. Neelam brings the file. Doctor checks and says one file is of Lakshmi. Malishka takes the file to check, but Neelam takes the file and asks her not to get stressed about anyone, and asks her to concentrate on her health. Kiran says we couldn’t care about Malishka. Neelam tells that she got a call from Rotary club and goes.

Rishi and Ayush come there. Rishi asks Lakshmi, why she is worried. Lakshmi says that….Rishi asks what happened? Lakshmi says nothing and says she has some work. Rishi says Lakshmi is hiding something from him.

Rano calls Shalu and asks if she knows how much she is worried. She asks if Lakshmi is fine. Shalu says she is fine. Rano says I know my Lakshmi is very strong. She says Lakshmi might look good, but she is not well and says something is wrong inside her. She says Lakshmi didn’t want to take Rishi to hospital, something is there in her heart. Shalu realizes the same, and tells Rano that she will call her. She says she will talk to Di. She ends the call and thinks Lakshmi is hiding something from them.

Rishi tells Ayush that Lakshmi thinks he is with Malishka and that’s why hiding something from him. Ayush says she must have asked Doctor not to tell us. Rishi says yes. He asks him to come and says I will make Doctor speak the truth. Kiran stops him and asks him to be with Malishka, she needs him. Ayush says it is urgent now. Kiran asks if my daughter is not important, and tells that she didn’t say when everyone was apologizing to Lakshmi when Malishka got pregnant. She says nobody cared for my daughter, and says her 3rd month is going on. Rishi says I will meet Malishka, but now I have to talk to Doctor as Lakshmi is hiding something from him. He goes. Kiran gets upset. Rishi and Ayush are going to Lakshmi’s doctor’s cabin, when neelam stops Rishi and asks if Neel is caught? Rishi says no and tells that he had come here to harm Lakshmi.

Lakshmi comes to the ward where Doctor is checking Malishka. Kiran asks what you are doing here. Lakshmi says she came for Neelam aunty. Doctor comes out and congrats her. Lakshmi stops her and says she knows. She says Dr. Sneha is searching you. She asks how is Malishka? Doctor says she is fine. Kiran asks Doctor not to tell her about Malishka. Doctor says I understand and goes. Lakshmi asks Malishka and kiran about her report. Malishka says we don’t have it, it is with Neelam Mom, she was not seeing your report, and was just holding it, she don’t care for you. Lakshmi says ok and goes. Kiran says she has cut your words. Malishka says she was behaving weirdly, as if she is hiding something from us.

Anushka gets angry on Neel, for returning without harming Lakshmi. She says it was her life’s biggest mistake that she got married to him, and tells that her life was going on well with Ayush. Neel promises that he will kill Lakshmi within a week. He says I promise that you will take revenge from Lakshmi.

Rishi tells Neelam that Neel had come to take revenge on Lakshmi. She asks Ayush to file complaint against Neel and Anushka. Rishi tells that Neel and Anushka were exposed due to Lakshmi, and she is the one who confirmed Shalu’s claims. Ayush says Neel wants revenge from Lakshmi. Doctor asks Malishka to relax. Malishka says she will not be relaxed until she gets Rishi, and this is not possible, until Lakshmi is here.

Neelam gives Lakshmi’s report to Rishi and asks him to keep it. Lakshmi looks at them. Neelam asks Rishi to come with her to Malishka, and says she is worried. Lakshmi thinks if Rishi finds out about her pregnancy then?

Precap: Anushka asks Neel, what to do, so that Ayush comes to her, apologize and take her to Oberoi Mansion. Neel says Ayush will never take you back.
